  PROBLEM SOLVED:

  In fact my Windows 7 used OLD Bluetooth drivers for the device HP laptop.

  So what I did is, 1) is went to the HP site 2) found support my model 3) selected drivers drivers 4) installed Bluetooth drivers 5) combined the head game. (6) make a right click on the device coupled--> you will get an option called "Controls" [if not its simple - your bluetooth driver no is not updated]
  (7) then after you select "Controls" - you will get a screen to connect / disconnect option.
  (8) select the Connect button
  (9) installation it will require drivers for your device.
  (10) then you are READY to USE your Bluetooth Head set.

  I'M VERY HAPPY :) that my head set work with my laptop... :) Thanks to my friends :)

  No, the only way to recovery will involve your booting from the Windows installation disc * [this can be done on a 4 GB USB DRIVE, but you would need access to another PC to make].  The only other way would be to restore the factory settings

  If you have an existing 4 GB USB, you can save the files to somewhere else and then perform the recovery and then reformat the USB key to put your old files on it when you are finished.

  [* If you have an optical drive, you could do a disc repair system instead.]  If you know someone who has Windows 7 (32 bit, I guess that, in your case - it must be the same as yours) so that he could do a disk system repair & transfer it on a USB key which must only be 406MB or maybe a little less.  The instructions for this are also in the link below.]
