How to connect to mozilla support to ask a question?

I never had so many bad register to create an account (I have apparently finally got), or didn't have so much to find a place to ask a question. Whenever I try to connect using Mozilla asks me a password; Ok! I put in the SAME password I created to set up my Firefox Sync account. Obviously, it's not good, it doesn't work! I ask to have a password reset sent to my email address, but I get NO ANSWER - NEVER after multiple attempts. It is one of the most frustrating, aggravating, annoying sites (and I don't really write the real words, by that I expressed to my computer, my wife and anyone else who could almost!).

Therefore, since apparently I have finally connected, (but I don't know how I did it), can you please answer two questions for me: 1) how can I publish one or the other answer, (since I can almost never connect), or post a new question? (2) do you have plans to support Mozilla like 99.99% of all websites on the web EASY for USERS to access to?

Yes, it's not even close to being of Mozilla. Looks like a third company, offering technical support and the price isn't bad either, for me at least.

You can safely remove this email since it is even remotely related to Mozilla.

    Because I do not Support of Mozilla, I would like to delete my account, but it seems there is no option for this. So, I would ask the admin of this site to permanently delete my account.

    If some time in the future, I decide to make a new account, I will. But for now, I would like to delete my current account.

    As a moderator, I am able to disable your account immediately, but the actual process of deleting your account (anonymization all information) may take a week or two because of the heavy workload of Admins.

  • Cannot connect to Mozilla Support. It does not accept my user name or password. Reset password email says that my account is already activated.

    Tried to access the Forums of Support of Mozilla for Firefox Desktop Support, I've used several times. He cannot accept that my user name and password, claiming that they were incorrect. In the end, I had to set up a new account with an email address that I never use, just so that I could access the functions of the help. I'm exasperated. I don't want to post my Questions that I do not use and having to open another application to access even the e-mail address. I want to be able to receive a message from Mozilla in my daily e-mail normal, if someone has replied to my message. But as Mozilla doesn't let me use my e-mail address for the new account, I put in place, I can't do that.

    It's very frustrating. Mozilla does allow me access to my original user account that has already been put in place with my preferred email address. And Mozilla will not let me create a new user account with my preferred email address. Now I'm stuck with a new user account which is linked to an email address that I never use and is not easily accessible to me. As a last resort, I access my new user account in the hope that it will allow me to change the email address associated with the account, but of course, this is not an option.

    Can someone please help me access my original account with my login and my original password? If a password reset is necessary, then I should not receive an email response telling me that my account is already activated (see below). If it is checked, then why can't connect? What is going on? Please help me. Thank you.
