How to control the speed of an animation in Flash Catalyst

I created a simple slideshow in Flash and published as a .swf file. The slideshow contains little pictures and animation takes about 45 seconds to run at 8 frames per second. When I imported into Flash Catalyst, the animationa turns very quickly, taking only about 15 seconds to get through the whole slideshow.  I have re-adjusted the Flash animation to make it run more slowly, but when I imported the new version of flash catalyst, it rotates at the same speed, - always very fast.

Is it possible for me to control the speed of my animation film and runs the same speed I've implemented in Flash?

Thank you

I don't know of a way. Flash Catalyst works at 24 frames per second, so any imported SWFs will run at the same speed of reading. Could recreate you the slideshow as a component with Flash Catalyst? It might be easier that by adjusting the slide show in Flash Professional.

You also may need to remove the old imported SWF and import the SWF file adjusted, just to be sure that it uses the correct version.

  • How to control the speed of the pointer mouse on the login screen?

How can I control the speed of the pointer mouse on the login screen?

I put the speed of the pointer in a way at once two users accounts.

I think that when I go to the login screen by using change user, the speed of the mouse pointer is the same as the user configured the pointer speed.  (I suspect it's the speed of the pointer to the user account that I'm spending.)  TO BE DETERMINED.  "But it doesn't matter, because they are the same).

However, when I go to login screen using Log Off, the mouse whips autour at a very fast speed - much faster that the speed of the pointer set up users.

[EDIT] It is also the speed of the mouse when you go to the login screen after you start the computer.

It is disconcerting to the 87-year-old who uses the computer.  (Read: barely in computer science.)

FYI, I don't have not noticed this until I went from a wired mouse to Dell for a Logitech wireless mouse.  (I have turned to bike computer.)

Also, users configured users pointer speed is the 2nd from left to right, with improved set the pointer precision.

  • Slow cursor on the login screen; How to control the speed?

    I got a laptop HP Win7.  I don't know much it.

When I on the connection of the screen (account login), the cursor moves very slowly.

How can I control the speed of the cursor on the login screen?

I know that when I log on a user account, I can go to a control panel to control the speed of the cursor.  In fact, I did.

But apparently, which affects only the current user.

Thing certain, happy to help you.  Just a quick warning: registry changes can break your PC, so proceed with caution. That being said, it must be a very painless process.  Here's what I suggest.

    1. Create a system restore point.
Prevention is better than cure and this takes only a second.  Type "restore point" in your Start menu, choose the option "create a restore point. In the box that opens, go ahead and click on create and name it something like 'before you make changes to registry' and save it.
    2. Open the registry editor.
Press the Windows Logo key and type R to open the run, then run regedit to open the registry editor. Accept the UAC security prompt if you receive one.
    3. Go to your mouse settings.
Access the mouse of your own user profile settings in the registry. It works a bit like the shirts, then navigate to this path:

      HKEY_Current_User\Control Panel\Mouse

Once you open this key ("record"), you will see all your settings of the mouse on the right side of the window.

    4. Export your own settings of the mouse to a file
Right click on the folder of the mouse, choose export and save it to your desktop.  Close the registry editor at this point, we're done with it.
    5. Change the saved file.
We use this file as a template. Go to your desktop, right-click the file that you saved, and choose Edit. It should open in Notepad.  We will only change the 3rd line in the file.  This is change you can do:

      Old: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse]
      New: [HKEY_USERS\. Default\Control Panel\Mouse]

After you have made a change to this line, close and save the file.

    6. Import the settings changed in the registry.
This is the easy part. Simply double-click on this settings file and allow it to import into the registry when prompted.

This is import your account settings and apply them to the. By DEFAULT, the account used on the logon screen.  Therefore, after you apply these, restart the computer and you should find that the settings are now on the logon screen.

Please let me know how it goes.

  • How to control the speed of the engine without tachometer

    Hello world

Thanks for stopping by and have a look at my problem

I have a PCI7344, UMI7764, DC motor, encoder and drive motor. Everything works fine. Currently, this system allows me to control the motor through feedback from encoder (which means, first I set my target position, and the engine will run to some targets detected by the encoder position).

What I want to do now is to control the speed of the engine, however, I don't have a tachometer feedback, since my speedometer only allow me to display the number of LAPS. is anyway that I can do this (control and maintain the speed of the engine at a certain RPM value) with all the listed facilities I have. Can someone help me on this?

Thanks in advance for any suggestion and recommendation.

Using LabVIEW, engine behavior will not change. If you see massive oscillations, my first guess is that should change your settings of PID. Please refer to this document and the other pages that are linked.

    -Hardy

    Hey Hardy.

Yes, because when you set your PM to make your all the lowest settings help you can. For example, if you look under your CPU system settings is set to low, with the other settings to reduce the amount of heat that would reduce the need of fan work as well or at a higher rate.

Also, with some versions of the power under Advanced Settings Manager, you will find political cooling system.

  • How can I control the speed of the piezo BPC203 with Nanomax-TS 311D/M

I use the BPC203 to control the movement of the nanomax 311D/M. Stadium I was able to change the position of the scene depending on the size of level by writing code in labview using the ActiveX control. I need the code to control the speed of the movement of the scene, for example, if the size of my step is 1 micron, I want to point to less possible speed Steplessly no (say 10 seconds to move this step size). I realized that the scanning speed could control the entrance to Piezo voltage it by speed and called "setslewrate" method to call node of the piezo and adjust the speed of scanning of loop closed as 0.75 (I assumed here units are: V/s not volt/milliseconds) and waited for the loop to go slowly with my scanning speed that I have not connected the hardware to the labview but the loop runs with processor speed not with the scanning speed. does it in fact possible to simulate the scan rates in Labview without hardware integration? Is there an another mentod for controlling the speed of Piezo? The answers are very welcomed. Please find a block diagram image FYI rasthaus...

    Hi Sara,.

I have a few suggestions. The first is that you have a parallel loop that does the same thing as your initial loop, but change the channel so that it works with the direction of Z.

Alternatively, you could create a new VI dealing with your direction of Z. Then, you can create void VI on your 2 vi. Then call your sub VI a VI main run one after the other. Here is a labview help link that shows you how to create sub screw: http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/371361J-01/lvconcepts/creating_subvis/

  • I want to control the speed and direction of a motor continuous using labview with pwm

I want to control the speed and direction of a motor (essentially a toy motor) continuous generating a PWM signal in labview. I'm using L293d motor and exit DAQ-9472. Can I do this without the help of any microcontroller but only a simple labview code and the DAQ 9472 output

There are many examples on how to generate a PWM on one in the buffer, or on a counter, but that does not support this card.  A 8 a cDAQ chassis also a BNC connector that can be used as a counter as well.  These examples can be found in help > example Finder in LabVIEW.

Also be aware of your current limiting.  This card can drive a decent amount of current, but it has its limits.  You'll want to put an inline meter to see what is current and see how far you get to it.

A transfer on the network will use all of the bandwidth is available. If you want to limit the consumption of bandwidth, check with the network team, if they can implement all controls using intermediate switches between the two servers.

    Hi Hugo,.

If you use a LabVIEW project, you must set the time of sampling in the properties of the node (see SamplingInterval.png). But this time to refresh the data should be high enough. If you take into account this update of time trying to control your way out.
