How to convert grey green

Hello

I took this picture and removed the part not used with CS6 http://i.imgur.com/49FCU0M.jpg

now, I would to replace the color green has had a green background with the real colors, as you can see in the central part.

How can I do?

A surefire way to produce gray rendering while retaining all the modeling to:

1 change the Mode (Image > Mode > Lab color)

2. do not change the L channel. He is modelling.

3. change curves a and b as shown: cut the grid and confirm 50 as shown for each endpoint.

4 go back to RGB Mode
