As part of it, I want to make a box of text input that puts the answer to a question in the player then clicks on a button that controls the input box, and if its correct goes to a correct screen so bad it goes to a screen that is incorrect.   I use MX 2004 and construction of a simple game where the contribution of users numbers in a dynamic text box. To limit the number of mouse clicks, I'm wanting to set the focus to the input box when that screen/page loads. Right now, we have to click on the area of input text field, enter their choices, then click on the submit button. I just want to type first, then click on the submit button.

  I thought I remember a 'setFocus' or a 'onFocus' in ActionScript once before, but I can't find an example.

  Thanks Rothrock. It worked. The 'Sélection' class allows you to define and control the text box where the insertion point.

  My text entry box is called, "years1.

  In the layer actions, the first line, I put - Selection.setFocus ("years1");

  Check an error output on the node of FPGA IO of the particular module. If I/O is not existed, it will give you an error.

  I know it must be something simple, but it's still my butt.  I put a text on a layer entry box and everything seems fine.  I play the movie, and any text box?  If I put a top filter, it will be displayed, but otherwise, it seems that there is nothing there.  Not even the border is visible.  All static text is good, just without input box.

  Dynamic textfields get cranky for any type of animation or if a mask is applied to them.  You could try the incorporation of police and see if that makes a difference (I don't know why it would be... it is usually the text that has the problem, but then again, it's usually just dynamic text fields that raise this problem (no dynamic input textfields).)

  You can manage only two ways.  One, add a hidden field to the form that passes a value, then check if the value exists in the URL/FORM variables (if it exists, the page is reloaded by sending the form - if it does exist, it's the first load of the page).

  Perhaps a better approach would be to manage the form via an AJAX request is sent, and then hide the form if the AJAX request is successful.  This all is possible using JavaScript.  The advantage is that the user leaves the page never actually or it recharges.

  Hello Ristrawn,

  Thank you for your message.  There is no way to play .wma in the iTunes player.  You will need to find a 3rd party software to convert .wma to .mp3 files.  From there, you would be able to listen to the MP3 in the iTunes player.

  You can set the default text that appears in all the legends of failure for the quiz via the parameters for the Quiz questions.  However, after you have made changes here that will affect quiz slides that you add AFTER that, change.  There is no way to change the text in all the legends of defect EXISTING at the same time.  You will have to select each one and replace the current text manually.  If you firmly believe that you will need to do this more than once, you might consider using a user Variable that displays as the value in the legends of the failure.  Then you can edit them while changing just the value of the user variable.

  I assume that the 'mapping' occurs during a batch operation (Gendata) through any rule the XDD defined for this field. In the batch, pre and Post Edit calculations do not. This feature is related to the WIP/entry. What you can do is to add a level section - PostImageDAL rule to call your script and protect your land once it was located batch of your operation.

  In FAP that contains that field, add the PostImageDAL rule in the property of the rules in the Section box. In the data box, do call your script.
  Your script is a bit wrong, it seems you were trying to get the 'current' domain name and then check the value of fields. Drop the part and simply name your field in the string in quotation marks in the @ () function and the SetProtect.

  This could be considered a more generic question for NiDaqmx, but I write a custom control for internal use with the USB-6525 and possibly other devices of i/o using c#.  I use DigitalChangeDetectionEvent to warn me when an entry has changed and everything seems to work very well.  In an effort to be complete, I decided to unplug the USB cable and see the result and found that no error has been detected until I tried a writing output.  This is not acceptable because under normal conditions abstraction entry begins a process that will change output - given that admission never happens, the system is basically hung.

  I tried many things and have spent more time on what I want to admit so I would like to hear suggestions on how to address this problem.  Here are my attempts that I am not satisfied:

  (1) periodically switch (pulse) output that allows to detect the problem, but I may not be an available exit, so this isn't a good situation.

  (2) periodically trying to read the input byte with the same entry workflow, this does not work because I believe that the other player is still active with the DigitalChangeDetectionEvent.

  (3) attempted to take the message of Windows to change hardware, but seems too complex.

  (4) I read on the guard dog, but not sure that it is available on the box USB-6525.  So before I start with this I'd hear rather suggestions of others with more experience.

  Any suggestions please?

  Those are all very innovative way to potentially address the problem, and I'm sorry you haven't seen success with them.  Fortunately, the typical way to capture a break between a device of data acquisition and monitoring system is indeed a timer, and the 6525 has the innate ability to use the feature, as seen on page 5 of the user manual.  I suggest you go that route, if another user does not post a peripheral solution specific to your case.  This is a documentation on the implementation of the monitoring-
