How to determine when a mc is on a certain slice

I'm trying to trigger functions when a mc is on a certain range, but the code I have is not working. Can you tell me what is the problem or suggest another way to do this?

I have this code on the main timeline

test of function (e: Event) {}

if (test_mc.currentFrame == 6) {}

trace ("test_mc.currentFrame is 6")

}

}

And then in the test.mc himself, on chassis 6 I have this code

Stop();

I gave her an instance on the stage name and he gives me errors, but that's also no results me.

That function by itself won't do anything because they have to be executed (there is nothing saying the function works).  And it must constantly be called because it is likely to take some time for the mc reach the 6 framework.  Try adding the following line right after she...

stage.addEventListener (Event.ENTER_FRAME, test);

and modify the test function to remove this listener when he sees the 6 frame if you do not want to continue to check it out...

test of function (e: Event) {}

If (test_mc.currentFrame == 6) {}

trace ("test_mc.currentFrame is 6");

stage.removeEventListener (Event.ENTER_FRAME, test);

}

}

  • How to determine when my separation of the two edge counter starts counting

    I looked through a ton of Daqmx properties, the web and the forum OR to find answers to the question "How do I determine when my meter of separation of two shows actually starts to count.

    So I've set up my meter of separation of two edge on two channels known PFI two trigger when they detect a positive benefit.  Now, because I use an accelerometer to my first impulse, my concern is that it could possibly be triggered until the test is run.  So I would like to have labview (if possible) be able to question whether or not the first trigger was triggered and the meter started to count.  If this information is not known, I could run my sample and get a value that is incorrect.  Knowing whether or not the meter started cash before running the test, prevents the operator running a test, effectively consuming a test item.

  • How to determine when a subsequence in the main group of MainSequence was called simply?

    I want to implement a custom for my operator Interface progress bar and I've seen some tutorials OR how do but IMHO, the solution is very ugly in which the MainSequence hardcoded events UI message statically send completion percentage.

    Which, according to me, a better method would be to have the reminder SequenceFilePostStep increment a counter FileGlobal only when a subsequence in the main group of MainSequence has been called.  I already understood how to get the total number of subsequences MainSequence into the main group using the expression:

    RunState.SequenceFile.AsSequenceFile.GetSequenceByName ("MainSequence"). GetNumSteps (StepGroup_Main).

    It is the bold part above that I don't know how to do and that you would be grateful for assistance in this regard.  Once I have these two values that I can simply divide the two and send a UserMessage interface operator with completion percentage.

    Thank you!

    Hi Sean,.

    Instead of having the SequenceFilePostStep in your file of the client's sequence, you can put the statement step in the process template using a reminder of ProcessModelPostStep.

    Previously, when I said the words, I meant the prerequisite, but I think that you understood what I meant...

    It's a thing of style and readability - a precondition will make your movie look nice and compact, whereas an IF / END block improves readability, etc..

    I am currently writing sequences to use flow control measures (IF / END, SELECT / CASE, FOR, WHILE) for USE related to logical tests, where decision making or a loop is part of the requirements customer and pre conditions TestStand logic such as this.

    See you soon,.

  • How does windows determine when "disable acceleration in games" for control of the mouse?

    I have been using a program called Evernote.  I was faced with a problem with the mouse while using this program on several computers.  The problem is that the window of Evernote is active the mouse acceleration seems to stop working.  When I uncheck the box that says "disable acceleration in games" and then the mouse works normally with the acceleration settings that I chose.  It is as if Windows recognizes Evernote as a game and it is to disable acceleration as it is supposed to do... EverNote is not a game.

    The mouse that I use is a Logitech MX 500 and a MX510 and both use the Logitech mouseware... not the setpoint drivers.  Others with the setpoint drivers have noticed the same problem.

    My belief is that windows is disabling acceleration because I have the box ticked to turn off in games and for some reason any he applies this setting in Evernote.  I want to use acceleration outside the games then unchecking the box is NOT an option.  What determines when the parameter to "disable acceleration in games" is applied to the control of the mouse?

    It is a Windows problem, a Logitech problem or a problem of Evernote.  These more to Evernote sees no problem at their end, assuming that is correct that leaves Windows and Logitech.

    Once again, where to find?  What determines when the parameter to "disable acceleration in games" is applied to the control of the mouse?

    I have a post on the forum of Evernote, which is here:

    http://discussion.EverNote.com/topic/16513-Logitech-mouse-slows-down-with-active-EverNote-window/

    Hello

    You can uninstall the Logitech mouse software and let Windows install the drivers for the device and check if the problem still persists.

    To uninstall the Logitech software, you can see the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

  • How can I determine when I need more bandwidth?

    I'm not well versed in communications technology.

    I have 3 servers ESX, each with 2 cluster gigabit NIC.

    How can I use vCenter network performance (or other), to determine when I get my overdraft? Like how do I look at this and say, ' OK, I need to add a 3rd public NETWORK map soon. "

    Thank you

    Please keep in mind that the output that you see in the performance tab, is in Kbps, not Kbits/s. On a gigabit network you have 1000000 Kbps or 1000 Mbit/s, which would be 1000/8 = 125 Mbps or Kbps 125000. With gigabit cards two, you have 2 x 125 Mbps channels, that you can use.

    Not with XP tools...

    There are several third-party defragmenters that maintain logs and statistics, and if you do some googling, you can make your choice.

    I do not recommend it, but I just fixed a registry with Auslogics tools number.  Of course, it was pilot error, the part of the user!

    If you have 2 slots. Max memory is 8 GB of DDR2 - 800 SO - DIMM. • How to determine the number of highlight ' to write ' for DAQmx generate analog output?

    On the configuration of the stage for DAQmx generate analog output, there is a field "value to write.  I can't find any explanation for what it is, how it determines the value to enter, nor what he writes.  I am trying to go through the tutorials and it cling.

    Someone would give an explanation?

    Hello

    To write value specifies the value to write in the channels, lines or ports selected in string parameters. In other words, this value will be the value of your DC output (for example if you enter 5, your output will be 5V). To get information on different fields in SignalExpress, access help"context-sensitive help. A pane will appear in your work environment that displays the coordinates of the field when you place your pointer over them.

    For new users of SignalExpress:

    Generation of DC signals with NI DAQmx devices: step in the DAQmx build, select 1 sample (on request) in the generation Mode dropdown. You can select a programmatic input to generate, or you can remove the check mark from the check box use programmatic input and specify a value for generating in the field of value to write . NOR-DAQmx help also provides additional information about the data generation.

  • How to determine the number XP or XP 64-bit operating systems.

    Hello
    I need to download a driver but need to know if I have Windows XP, XP 64. I run Internet 7 SP3 if that makes a difference. Properties-General-he reads the slot system Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3. How to determine whether a computer is running a 32-bit version or the 64 bit version of the Windows operating system. http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/827218

    Windows XP if you have Windows XP, there are two ways to determine if you are running 32-bit or a 64-bit version. If one does not work, try the other.

    1. Click Startand then click run.
    2. Type sysdm.cpl, and then click OK.
    3. Click the general tab. The operating system is displayed as follows:
      • For a 64-bit version operating system: Windows XP Professional x 64 edition Version < year=""> appears under System.
      • For a 32-bit version operating system: Windows XP Professional Version appears under System.

      Note is a placeholder for a year.

    1. Click Startand then click run.
    2. Type winmsd.exe, and then click OK.
    3. When System summary is selected in the navigation pane, search for processor under item in the details pane. Note the value.
      • If the value that corresponds to processor starts with x 86, the computer is running a 32-bit version of Windows.
      • If the value that corresponds to processor starts with ia64 or AMD64, the computer is running a 64-bit version of Windows.

    If you cannot determine the number of bits of the operating system with these methods, go to the "Next steps" section (of the KB article)

  • How to determine which were installed the SP3 and IE8

    I'm working on a friend's computer troubleshooting. I plan to roll back of IE8 to IE7 (or it might even be IE6). However, I want to just try this if I know for sure that IE6 has been upgraded AFTER SP3 has been applied.

    I am trying to determine where these updates have been made. I thought that if I went into Add / Remove Programs, I would get this information here, but alas, he's not here.

    So, what is the method for determining when IE6 or IE7 has been upgraded to IE8 and how do I determine when SP3 has been applied?

  • How to determine if an exe has been installed?

    Gurus:

    I have Windows 7 and Norton-Anti-anti-virus/firewall.

    I came across a strange pop-up message when I logged in to my computer today. A pop-up window, said that "do you want to install \SYSWOW\MAClean.exe (not sure the path or the name of the exe)? While I was doing research on it using another computer, he disappeared. What is one-sided, I don't think any exe with MA*.exe in the computer. My computer also seems to be suspended during indexing - it connects normally - no delay - if I remove the wireless connection. other times, he connects very well, even with the wireless connection is ON.

    My questions are:-

    (1) how to determine if an exe has been installed ("I see not all facilities in uninstall it or change of program" window in the control panel)?

    (2) is it possible to list out all messages 'Alerts' or 'Popup' that appears on the screen?

    Best regards

    San

    HI San,

    Thanks for posting your question on the Forum of the Microsoft community.

    This can happen if the corresponding .exe file is associated with a program that is installed on your computer. To check the instance of the file, you can check in the list of programs and features in Control Panel. Apart from this, it can be due to an infection by the virus.

    To know different alerts and notifications, you can open the Action Center in Windows and check important notifications or the needs of Windows to accomplish tasks. To do this, please refer to the following location: Start > Control Panel (see: large icons) > Action Center.

    Also, you can also check error messages in the event viewer for more information.

    (Click Start, type Event Viewer in the Start Search and press ENTER.)

    To check the program third party or service by giving pop-ups/alerts, you can start the computer in a selective startup with no third-party software in operation. This process is known as a clean boot.

    Note: See "How to reset the computer to start normally after a boot minimum troubleshooting" to reset the computer to start as usual after a repair.

    In addition, if your computer hangs or crashes often, I suggest you to try the steps from the following link.

    Warning: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

  • How to determine if a USB 3.0 device works at SuperSpeed

    I recently updated my Windows 7 install to Windows 8 Pro computer with a clean ("custom").

    My computer is originally shipped with USB 2.0 ports. Later, I added a PCIe adapter with USB 3.0 ports.
    In Windows 7, if I plugged in a USB 3.0 on a USB 2.0 flash drive, I would get a message from Windows saying "this device can run faster. However, Windows 8 gives me no this message.
    The core team USB wrote an excellent blog: How to determine if a USB 3.0 device works at SuperSpeed? According to the blog, my ports must operate at the speed of USB 3.0. So why I don't see the message 'could run faster' when I plug a USB 3.0 device in my USB 2.0 ports?

    Hello

    In Windows 8 If you plug a 3.0 device into a 2.0 port will operate at 2.0 speed. If you plug
    It is in a port 3.0 it must operate at 3.0 speed. Make sure you have the latest drivers installed
