  F.08 Rev.A (July 17, 2016) is the latest version of the BIOS available for your laptop.  If you need to see what version of BIOS that you are running, you can open the information system from the Start Menu or start utility in the BIOS (F10) to check.

  Calendar sharing 'A' from mac to iphone to my wife, and whenever I change something in an event it receives an alert on the screen of her phone, with the sound.

  Is there a way to remove the notifications on every single events change?

  I understand that you want to disable specific notifications on the iPhone of your wife? You can certainly take the control whose opinions are given on your iOS device.

  Found a new BIOS update 1.9 on the Australian from Toshiba Web site. This morning, it showed version 1.40, but now it says version 1.90. I'll try it on my 500 X when I go home tonight, see if that solves the Sleep-wake up question.

  so I have this problem, in which case I can't use my LAN on my PC, it started after I installed a new BIOS chip with the last update included.

  I get error Code 10 for the Realtek LAN "the device cannot start", I tried to install almost every Realtek driver that is compatible with the ethernet controller and family controller (Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller).

  None of the pilots are able to install on my PC, windows keeps saying that they are not successful; is there something I can do?

Everything was ok, I turned to the bottom of the laptop and slept. But today, I realized that my computer is dead. Thank you for this great update. I'm a regular computer user. I don't know what to do.

  If the fix above does not work, then I think your only option is to contact dell. You probably need a motherboard replacement.

  I've postponed an update of the bios, because it makes me nervous. Apparently for good reason.

  Today, I let the horse do the update of bios on my win8 race dv6-7214.

  The dv6-7214 has an msata slot, which can be configured as C drive, I did with an msata ssd.

  The drive that came with the laptop was in the sata slot, as usual, but was not C drive.

  I found someone announcement the same problem, no black screen, (not blue screen) no error message, just in bricks.

  There is also a disc SSD C.

  I tried to temporarily move the msata on slot sata (with an adapter). This allowed the bios end

  its update.

  So it's not the Bios that is broken, but the software to perform the update to the bios is broken.

  Update (bios) fails if drive C is anywhere but the sata slot (or perhaps the c drive should be drive 0).

  I hope that HP will fix this problem. A lot of laptops HP is sold 'improved' with an extra via disk

  value added reseller. Since there are only 2 slots under that drive C may be in, sata and 1 msata

  should be possible to update the bios software to manage this small number of possibilities.
