  Some app authors require a GPS on board a device in order to personalize the ads.   This is true for many 'free' apps, allowing you to pay for the privilege to remove the ads.

  I don't know how the HP 7 more is equipped, sort the data sheet does not mention the inclusion of a GPS chip.

  Your general access location settings are found in the App/location access settings.  There are several checkboxes that you can customize to your liking.

  The problem is that the Android location provider enabled / disabled does not match the OS Settings.  So if it enabled in Android, but disabled in the operating system, Android assume should be able to access these data.  It can not.

  This is a bug / control setting that activating / disabling the setting is not turn the Android operating system.

  Edit: The development team knows about this problem and a solution is being developed for a future version.

  Thanks for the tip!  I did a search on this (NI Service Locator) and Yes, he has provided some good info & links.

  One document states:

  Locator Service NI Labview 2010 has benn renamed System Web Server.

  This little helps a lot.  I had been looking on "' Web Server / Services '."

  I turned off NI Service Locator by going to control panel > administrative tools > NI Service Locator.

  Now, when I try http://: 3580 in a browser, I get Oops!  Chrome could not connect to...

  Disadvantage: Finder example Labview and Labview help no longer have full functionality.  other programs?  I'll have to find.

  Unless you have jailbroken your iPhone, it could not have been hacked away. There is no way to "violate" an iPhone via a random iMessage. If iMessage takes you to a link that asks you if you want to install a profile and press 'Ok', there are a limited number of things that anyone could join. To check this, go to settings > general > device management and delete everything that you are not familiar with.

  This was written for Windows 8, but much of it can still apply: difficulty of slow, slow PC

  Also on the service: unchecking it there on the MSCONFIG tab should be sufficient, as long as this isn't a malicious service that reactivates itself. You can also run services.msc in the box run to open service managers and completely disable the service. Or, view the properties for the file name, the service runs to leave and even take the step of deleting this file (I recommend only put in the trash until you are sure it is safe to delete completely - better safe than sorry).

  I understand that you can't change the setting of location Services on iPhone again your daughter 6 s.  It looks like may have restored the old iPhone backup and restrictions are activate that prevent changes to certain characteristics.  You can check by going to settings > general > Restrictions and see if they are enabled.  You can then temporarily disable restrictions you can change this setting.  Take a look at the article below for more information.
