  I followed the instructions on this site on how to download it but it only seems to work if you donnt have downloaded pro preimer.   First of all, there is no such thing as the first Pro 13... It is first elements or Premiere Pro... so I will presume that you really mean first elements 13

  With regard to factoring in Windows 8... What did you upgrade Windows 7 to 8 or something else?
