  Any of you have any advice on how I can add a new contact to my people in the header of an email application in the Mail application. For example, I get an email from someone not in my contacts. All that I was found I can do so far is press and hold on the field to reveal the email address, do not forget the address in my head, switch to the people app then manually create a new contact. I don't seem to be able to copy the email address to the Clipboard of the Mail app, or a function 'Add to contacts' in Mail.

  Open a new message window. To the right of the subject field, click Show BCC & cc. click the Bcc button to reveal your contacts. Double click on each to add it to the Bcc field.
   
  Note that there are some ISPS which will result not in mail that doesn't have a legitimate address in the To filed. I recommend you to put your own address there.

  The "Birthdays" calendar is automatically generated information in your Contacts. You can't delete this calendar events. You need to update your Contacts information.

  Password protect a PDF file, you must use Acrobat. If you do not have Acrobat, you can try it free for 30 days. See www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html for more information.

  In Acrobat, choose file > properties when the document is open, and then click the Security tab allows you to set up a password.

  OE does not have the capacity to tell you where the folder is located in the folder hierarchy.  You can select different trees under local folders to find what subfolder is and what kind of tree it is under.  Unless folders.dbx is corrupted (which happens a bit), then OE will not create folders for you.  If folders.dbx is corrupt or not, I would suggest that you backup the files and the registry (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#6) before things become corrupt, because you seem to have a complex organization from your e-mail folders.

  Using Outlook Express? Go to: tools | Accounts and delete the account. If you think you can it in the future, go to the properties of the account, and under the general tab, simply uncheck: include this account when receiving or synchronization.

  If you are interested, you can receive messages at a time without losing them on one.

  On both machines:

  Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced - Check: leave a copy of messages on the server.
