How to enable 'cookies' to subscribe to Netflix?

A Netflix Subscriber must "allow" cookies for this Web site.  The information they give to activate cookies in Internet Explorer did not help me at all.  I'm not a geek so I need information step by step.  Hope you can help.

Thanks for the help.

In Internet Explorer, click on tools > Internet Options.  Select the Privacy tab.  Click Sites.  In the 'Address of website' field, enter 'netflix.com"(without the quotes).  Click on allow, then OK, then OK.

#2 problem: I've skimmed a thread (https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-content-server/issues/1017) and I tried connecting to sync through accounts.mozilla.com instead, but if the screen does not turn white while the modules are always enabled, "Enable cookies" warning are as far as I can get. Go to about: accounts in Mode safe mode gives the same result. I deleted all my cookies and my cache, FF restarted several times with and without active modules and still nothing. I browsed this forum of support for similar issues, and while other people have the same problem, no other threads have been solved yet. Try to start your system in safe mode:

    1. Restart your computer if it is running.

    3. Once you see the Advanced Boot Options menu (or beep) you can stop.
    4. Up/down arrow keys to highlight your selection.
    5. Select Mode safe mode with networking and press ENTER.
    6. You should see drivers loading, it may take a few moments.
    7. You should then be at the Welcome screen.
    8. Connect to your computer using an account with administrator privileges. • I can't delete cookies with this version of foxfire. I see not the button Delete. How to remove cookies?

I was always able to delete cookies in Firefox. With the latest version, I don't see a delete button or move the slider to display a button Delete. How to delete cookies without a button actually remove visible?

How do you remove usually cookies? In the Firefox Cookies dialog box, there are two buttons at the bottom: all delete and delete the selection. If you're used to a button Delete, it could be that you used an add-on to delete cookies.

You can access the dialog box Cookies for the current site using the Page Info dialog box. Either:

    • Right click and select View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies".
    • (menu bar) Tools > Page Info > Security > 'view the Cookies '.
    • Click on the globe or padlock icon in the address bar > additional information > "View Cookies".

In the dialog that opens, the site current is automatically entered in the top search box, so you can delete cookies from the site individually. If you want to see all THE cookies, you can disable this dialog.

  • How to enable JavaScript on Firefox 32.0 to my Windows Vista desktop?

Hello: I'm watching youtube videos were freezing after about 15 seconds. The good folks at Google lead me through troubleshooting tips. I definition standard (and slow) DSL and the other trick is to enable JavaScript. I'm not a computer expert. Pls advise me how to enable JavaScript.

    Thank you very much.

In Firefox JavaScript should be enabled by default.

If you want to check, and then type Subject: config in the address bar (address) as you type www.example.com

Then in the filter box type top of page in javascript and you should find the javascript.enabled is the default value and true which means that it is enabled.

Just to be sure, Java and JavaScript are two different things, and Java is not necessary for Youtube.
