How to enlarge a picture?

I am developing a vi that load a .jpg from the hard drive image, makes it larger or smaller depending on the selected zoom factor, and he then adds in an existing image. In short, it is a tool to add icons with the selected size and position in an existing image (see the vi and the attached picture).

I used the zoom factor property to set the size of the loaded image. But I have not found a way to insert the zoomed image in the output image. Instead, I get the image loaded in the position that I have chosen in the new image, but in its original size...

Is there a kind of tool/method/property/algorithm that I can use to do this?

I think that's not too straight forward, so I'd appreciate any help...

I wrote a set of tools that allows me to scale/do rotate all the content of the image.  It's a little too much to post, here is a piece that makes the scaling on 24 or 32-bit images without masks.  Feed the image data that remove you many screws image and him give x and put scaling factors.  Remember not to expect great things when amplify an image too far.

    Open your image

    Go to file > print...

    Choose landscape

    Under the Position and size

    Checkbox scale to the media adapt and print it on your A4 paper.

    Note that you can work with two screens and drag and drop the image to display on the other window.

    I think you mean working temporarily with the window enlarged image without displaying all the tools and panels.
