How to enter text in the title bar of the Bridge window?

I see that Bridge displays in the title bar, the name of the selected folder or the name of collection in the content window. I need to retrieve this name. IE FF, it would be easy: document.title; in Bridge, it is undefined. In the old days, I would use Windows APIs, handle, to get the info on the window. There must be more easy way. If not, how to call the Windows API bridge JavaScript?

You can get the current folder...

Alert (App.document.presentationPath);

It's all in the help files.

    Hello

    http://gumbo.flashhub.NET/keyboard/

    It is a small example of a 'virtual' keyboard that will enter the text into a textinput/textarea component selected. Capslock and shift key States really aren't quite right (really need control shift/cap lock combo), but there is a simple tab and backspace (delete) and enter the function key.

    hope this is useful

  • Smartphones blackBerry how to enter text in the 'notes' fleld in my contacts?

    I need to keep various information with my contacts (directions to locations, password tips, etc.).  When I scroll to the bottom of the screen to enter new contact at the end it says that there is a field for notes, but when I try to enter, pressing the trackball or press the blackberry key to bring up a context menu, I get the following options:

    Save

    Add custom ringtone

    Add photo

    Help!

    Move the note field and simply enter the text, you don't need to click on anything whatsoever.

  • Use the keyboard to enter text on the stage

    Like others here, I'm kinda a novice. Used to use the Director and Lingo years before, but am very rusty and the rest on something, I had understood years before.

    For my project, I need the user to be able to enter text in a field of text during the demo. Basically I'm just trying to understand how to do so that I can enter text on the stage via my keyboard using Lingo. I did a search on this site, but couldn't find something from this base in discussion.

    I am using Director 11.5 and the finished demo runs on a PC and a Mac. Any help would be incredibly well received.

    What part of this are you having trouble with? If you add a #text or #field member to the stage as a sprite, and their #editable property is set to TRUE, you should be able to enter text in the other.

  • Enter text in the cells of data form

    Hi all! Can someone me hint on how to activate text entering my data planning form in cells? All the values of the axis in this form of data have the 'No', but for 1 column data type a dimension value I put the data of 'Text' type - I want this column will contain text (this column is based on a value of custom dimension). I have also included all the dimensions in the order of evaluation in Administration > Dimensions. I would be very grateful for any help! Thank you very much in advance!

  • How to add text to the gif format

    Hello, I am a beginner in photoshop.

    I want to add text to my gif as part of the animation, but somehow the text transparent look, even though I already use black color for the text.

    Could someone give me tutorial how to add text to the gif and then do some sort of subtitle?

    Thank you...

    The text layer is 2 layers under the real background layer in your file. Check your layers panel. Click, drag and drop the text layer currently selected in your layers 2 screenshot above or the visible layers, especially to see if your text will appear - it should ideally.

    Settings - when save you for Web & devices, you can customize options preset for GIF on the top right of your dialog "save for Web & devices".

  • Enter text in the works of full screen

    Hello

    I did a trivia game app that allows me to enter text in the input fields when the application is full screen on my laptop of quiz.

    When I try to launch the SWF on my laptop at home, sometimes it allows me to enter text, sometimes it doesn't.

    I don't remember what I did on my laptop quiz to enable entering text in full screen.

    Can someone please clarify under what conditions it allows Flash?  I wonder if I configured laptop quiz to run SWF files using a debug version of Flash or something, but I don't remember.  As far as I can tell, it's just using the Flash player.

    Thank you guys

    Shaun

    This is expected behavior.  Open a swf in the stand-alone player and you can go full screen (without clicking a button, if you want to) and you can enter text in a textfield.

    It's in a browser adobe imposes restrictions on what you can do with full screen: for example, you can not go full screen without user intervention immediately preceding the displayState change, and you cannot enter text.

    I continue to get "sort by modified date" but each whenever I open it a window that it is for manual selection.

    I searched the preferences but impossible to find something to help.  It didn't used to do this...

    John

    Well, I solved the puzzle myself.

    I noticed that somehow a stray .psd file was stuck in my side bar of the Mac Finder.  Don't ask me how it got there.

    At the beginning I couldn't delete it – until I tried a Mac forum and they suggested I hold down the command key and drag it off... to poof!

    It worked.

    And when I went back to bridge - now the bad behavior disappeared!  And when I close the window Bridge and reopen - the choice to "classify" same home!

    Yay... it's a small step for me, and one small step for computerkind.

  • Change the text color and title bar text icons

    In an earlier version of windows I would solve it publishes in "Advanced appearance settings", but this menu has been removed. Key to who will I change in the registry?

    Thank you.

    Hi David,

    For now, try to update the display drivers and see if it helps you to solve the problem. Drivers are updated occasionally. Windows can update automatically, or you can install the drivers updated yourself. It is important for you to have confidence in the updated drivers that you install. Windows warns you if it detects a suspicious or dangerous driver, you should not install.

    You can visit the article provided below to update the drivers. If in the Device Manager, it stipulates that drivers are up to date and then try to update the drivers from the manufacturer's website.

    Download and install the drivers

    Keep us updated on the issue and we will be more than happy to help you.

    Kind regards

  • How to add text to the position of the cursor in HTMLEditor in JavaFX

    I know how to add new button to HTMLEditor and I want all of my action button to paste text at the current position of the cursor.

    //HTMLEditor html;
    //String IMAGE_URL = "http://...";
    Node node = html.lookup(".top-toolbar");
    if (node instanceof ToolBar) {

    ToolBar bar = (ToolBar) node;

    ImageView graphic = new ImageView(new Image(IMAGE_URL, 32, 32, true, true));

    Button myButton = new Button("", graphic);
      bar
    .getItems().add(myButton);
      myButton
    .setOnAction(new EventHandler<ActionEvent>() {

    @Override

    public void handle(ActionEvent arg0) {

    //needs code

    }

    });
    }

    Use the webkit API, so this isn't something you want to use in production since there is no guarantee that JavaFX will use webkit in the future. Really, the HTMLEditor should have an API editor that makes all of this transparent.

    You will need to import javafx.scene.web.WebView, com.sun.javafx.webkit.Accessor, and com.sun.webkit.WebPage;

                myButton.setOnAction(new EventHandler() {
                    @Override
                    public void handle(ActionEvent arg0) {
                        WebView webView = (WebView)htmlEditor.lookup("WebView");
                        WebPage webPage = Accessor.getPageFor(webView.getEngine());
                        webPage.executeCommand("insertText", " World Cup Soccer ");

  • How to move text on the screen?

    I can type the text in the little boxes when place the text on the screen (not the titles developed - just place the text on the screen after hitting the "T" key).  The box is difficult to work, and I did not understand how simply MOVE it to a different area of the screen.  Is this possible?  I can't just click and drag it.  And why the cursor looks like this little arrow pointing to?  And why the box to keep changing shape on me, etc.. ?  Someone else has a lot of trouble with this?

    Here is a glance at the Titler Panel, with one selected area of text (visible Bounding Box) and ready to be moved. Pre 4.0 it's with but a few exceptions, will look the same.

    Hope that helps and good luck,
