Write key words to picture, who will write the tags in the metadata of photos.  (Note: this only works with PSD, TIF and JPG files and not with PNG files, given that PNG files don't support metadata.)  Then, in your catalog on the other, when you import those pictures you can also import their labels.

  Your changes have been made directly on the images, so these changes will of course always be there.
