How to export layers in jpg files?

Hello world

I am currently developing a plug-in for Ai CS4, I need to export all the layers in the jpg files. Could someone tell me the API which can help me to do?

or any suggestions how I can do this.

Thanks in advance.

Well well, the AIRasterizeSuite (AIRasterize.h) will have the tools that allow you to convert sets of art in raster objects in Illustrator. And the AIArtSetSute (AIArtSet.h) has methods that allow you to build the said art defines the content of the layers. From there, you will need to take the contents of the raster objects generated and manually save them in JPEG format.

Oh, just find another which might be what you want. AIImageOptimization.h has methods such as 'AsJPEG', who seem to take a handful of art (which could be the group originally with a layer of the sounds of it). Which would probably leave empty you that in JPG. It uses AIDataFilters well, and I don't know how those who work.

I think that put up before in this forum, so if you do da little research, you might encounter a help better than me. However, it is certainly feasible.

    I agree with you Peter.

    However, when inserting to email, certainly in the office, the format returned from any other format, that is, png or another format of JPEG file.

    I do as Peter suggests, open the PDF file in photoshop - then save to the Web but choose JPEG compression max.

    It is usually the best solution.

  • Can I export layers PSD PSD files as I could do in ImageReady 2?

    Hi people,

    I've been chasing this layer of export Nirvana for a couple of years now, but I got nowhere.

    In ImageReady 2 I could import a PSD file and export layers with exactly the name that I used for each layer (with no annotations, prefixes or suffixes), with the size of entire file (not cropped at the edge of the image) to the PSD format.

    The script in Photoshop adds locate file name that I don't see how to disable.

    I tried a few free (SciptsRus) and commercials (Ferry) but they don't seem to work with my version of Photoshop (Mac OS X 10.7.4 of CS5). Is it a result the recent updates to Javascript with Mac OS X 10.7? I'll contact the authors of these scripts then and see what they say.

    I tried a program called PC layer Super which exports to the PNG files and was almost what I wanted except that it cropped to the size of the file to the size of the image. I could get away with it I guess that if I copied a single pixel of 1% in each corner of the file, but it would be a lot of time for all layers, I need to export (500-600) and means I have rasterized text layers, which is also double treatment.

    I even tried Graphic Converter on a Mac, but cannot get this to work completely. I find myself with strong white funds and without transparency.

    All I want is to open a PSD (preferably on Mac OS) file and export each layer at the same size on a transparent background with just the name of the layer as name of file as a PSD file. I'm alos agree. PNG format, so as long as I get transparency and full file size. Just as we do with effeiciency brilliant with ImageReady CS2. I actually kept an old version of ImageRady on my PC for this, but surely in the 21st century, there is a way around this?

    Many thanks in anticipation for any help offered.

    Sorry to hear that you have problems with some of the scripts. Normally, it's because of the corrupt becoming prefferences. They can be trashed to see if all the, then works...

  • How can I get the jpg files to show after recovery?

    So, I accidentally deleted permanently about 4 000 pictures on my computer today. I found a recovery program that could get back them. Unfortunately, I couldn't have my phone to allow my office transfer images here (for an external hard drive). I advanced and retrieved the files on the hard drive even I had deleted the same if there was a possibility of problems. I discovered that one of the problems is a jpeg images wouldn't show.

    My question is, is it possible to get the jpg files to show? Or am I just more or no chance?

    Thanks for any help.

    It seems that some of the recovered image files are corrupt and are therefore not visible. Microsoft® Security MVP, 2004-2010

  • How do I create a jpg file that I can download or email in Windows 8

    Unfortunately, I bought a new computer that has Windows 8. My old computer was slow, but I could do things quickly...

    Right-click on a file on the desktop or the classic Explorer, click CHANGE jpg. Paint should
    Open (classical painting). then select all, then copy.

    Now paste in the e-mail.

  • How to export a Photoshop (Mac) file that can be opened with a PC version of the CAD software

    Hi all

    I'm trying to deliver a photoshop graphic to my friend w / a PC and a CNC machine it will use to cut out my chart.  Unfortunately, he has trouble opening the graphics that I send him, even though I tried all the standard formats (.pdf, .png, .tif, bpm).  What he needs is a .dxf or .dwg file that I think... And there are tons of ".". "PDF to DWG converters" out there (I've downloaded several).  Problem is, when I try to open my .pdf and then export and/or registered as a .dwg file, it saves in an empty file!  When I reopen the .dwg file to check it out, there is nothing there.

    For anyone who is interested to help me, here is a link to my photoshop file (it is reduced to 24 "tall and 48" wide):

    Dropbox - TheSpaceCastle_Logo2.psd

    And here is the PDF:

    Dropbox - TheSpaceCastle_Logo2.pdf

    Here I am pasting a .jpg image file: (the widget download told me that .pdf files are 'prohibited'... lol? It is a Forum of ADOBE.  Why a .pdf file could not?)

    TheSpaceCastle_Logo2.jpg

    Found the solution:

    I had my friend vectorize my original FIRST file in Illustrator and created a .ai file.  It was not a type of simple file conversion.  Then, she saved the vector, that she created as a .dxf file.  It is necessary to first vectorization.

    I don't know the exact process, she used to vectorize the file, but I'm sure that it involved the tracing of the image and the creation of a new vector ('path' in Photoshop?).

    I confirmed this morning with the designer CNC he managed to extract the file in the CAD software for its CNC machine, and it seems good.

  • Export of PDS - JPG file and re-import to LR5 in one step

    Hello world

    I work with LR5 and CC2014 PS for a few months. After the photomontage in PS (with LR5 function "Edit in Photoshop... "), the PSD file is automatically included in my catalog. Function of editing activities the PSD file is very large (500-800 MB). In most cases I actually need this big PSD file more. A JPG or TIF file would be good enough for me.

    For the moment I export the PSD file on the disk (like JPG or TIF) and then re-import this file manually exported with the import function. Is there a shortcut for this? Perhaps with "Actions of export?

    Or what you do with the PDS files you edited?

    I look forward to your recommendations.

    Thomas

    One of your functions to export in the export dialog box is to add the photos exported to the catalog. Just make sure you have this option checked. It is in the first section export options.

    I don't know if you work with raw images. That's what I shoot exclusively. I have to my Lightroom editing options external set to create TIF images. I do a lot of work I can use Lightroom. Then, I use Photoshop when it is absolutely necessary. The TIF resulting becomes my main image that I used to do an additional editing or go back to Photoshop, if necessary. I only export JPEG images when I want to use for the web, e-mail, or to send to a lab to be printed. JPEG images are ignored after they have been used for their intended purposes.

  • How to script instead of JPG files SWF files in the XML loader?

    I have a SWF (platform greensock.com) charger and a thumbnail image scroll under it made small image buttons. Each button image has a link that loads a SWF file into the SWF loader above. Here is the code for each button that loads the largest SWF in the charger above:

    Button3.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK, Button3_PlayPopUp);

    function Button3_PlayPopUp(event:MouseEvent): void {
        //setting the sourceVar
        sourceVar="3.swf";
        //making the SWFLoader load
        //as setting the soureVar after the SWFLoader is created won't do anything unlesss
        //I also re-create the SWFLoader with the new sourceVar when the button is clicked
        loader_howToLoader2.url = sourceVar;
        loader_howToLoader2.load(true);

    }

    Then I decided to load all the button via the XML loader. I followed the tutorial on XML Chargers which deals with loading jpg images, and by assigning the URL links to them as follows in the XML file:

    <image src="appThmb_imgs/appThmb_imgs117x175/A-illuminatorUpLit_117x175.jpg" title="UpDownGlowingVase" url="http://www.888acolyte.com"/>

    and then in AS3 like this:

    var xmlLoader:URLLoader = new URLLoader();

    thisOne.link = imageList[item].attribute("url");

    function clickScrollerItem(e:MouseEvent):void {
     //trace("clicked item " + e.currentTarget.itemNum + " - visit url: " + e.currentTarget.link);
     var urlRequest:URLRequest = new URLRequest(e.currentTarget.link);
     try {
     navigateToURL(urlRequest);
     }
     catch (e:Error) {
     // handle error here
     trace(e);
     }
    }

    My question is: How can I ask for the code to every each small button thumbnail to load a larger image in the SWF loader above? I have to add something to the XML file or this way, it will never work with jpg images? URL in the adjustable XML source var (//setting the sourceVar), because they are all individual and somehow then apply taken SWL loader to load the game (//making load SWFLoader) as a standard somewhere in the AS3 code?

    Yes, you did.  I missed that.

    If you have used the link instead of urlString:

    function clickScrolleritem(e:MouseEvent):void {}

      loader_howToLoader2.url = MovieClip(e.currentTarget).link;
        loader_howToLoader2.load(true);

    }

  • My Dreamweaver (CC 2015) no longer has the add-on PhoneGap.  How to export the apps APK file?

    We use creative cloud and have Dreamweaver CC 2015.  I tried to publish an application by using the PhoneGap module as we have done in the past, but now the add-on is no longer in our dreamweaver.  I tried to go to the page Add on, according to the instructions, but can't see PhoneGap.  How do we create the APP package now?

    You can zip your application, log on to: https://build.phonegap.com/ with your Adobe ID and then download. All the apps that you have carefully built under this ID should appear. You can click "Update code" and download your new ZIP file on an existing application, or you can click on the blue '+ new application' button and create a new application.

  • How to export into one HTML5 file only?

    Hello

    I created a very simple animation for a client a few years in Flash Pro that has been used as a header on their site. That was removed a long time ago and they now want to come back. I opened this old file into the new CC animate and trying to find a way to export the file as a single file of HTML5. Everything I tried includes an additional Javascript file. Flash Pro enabled me to add the Google Swiffy extension so that I could go in the command menu and export to a file of HTML5 (I did when I created advertising banners in Flash Pro as well), but I just checked the page Google Swiffy and he mentions that Swiffy cannot be used as an extension with creative cloud. For now I so had to export the file as a .swf to Animate, and then uploaded to the Google Swiffy page and there it has converted into HTML5 file for me, and it works as it should. So my question is: are there at - it a simple way to export very simple (like banner ads as well) animated files in the form of HTML5 files only? And Animate allow Google Swiffy extension anytime soon? I can do a workaround for now, but would be nice. I haven't used Flash/Animate so long so I could be missing something very simple here! Thank you.

    If you look in the HTML code, you will see a line similar to this:

    Go to the 'youranim.js' file and all select, copy. Return to HTML and change this line to it:

    You have now just an HTML file, you no longer need the JS file.

    The foregoing assumes that there is any vector animations. If you use images, they will find themselves in a folder of images.

  • Related: How show different layers of a file linked .psb

    Hi all

    Lets say I have a multilayer psd file, each layer describes a scene of a mobile application, stacked one on the other. Can I use "place bound" to integrate the mobile file in the presentation. and of course, it shows which displayed layer when you saved the .psd file. Now, I want to fix several instances of this .psb file, each indicating a different layer (form app). For example if the .psb file has 4 layers, I want to drop 4 copies of each showing one of the layers in the original file. Any solution? I won't save as many times and original layers remain stacked one on the other.

    Thank you

    Without fully understanding what you are wanting to do, I think that layers can be an avenue in which you could look at. You can save the presentation different comps in your dynamic object and access it via the properties panel in your main document.
