Hi all

Lets say I have a multilayer psd file, each layer describes a scene of a mobile application, stacked one on the other. Can I use "place bound" to integrate the mobile file in the presentation. and of course, it shows which displayed layer when you saved the .psd file. Now, I want to fix several instances of this .psb file, each indicating a different layer (form app). For example if the .psb file has 4 layers, I want to drop 4 copies of each showing one of the layers in the original file. Any solution? I won't save as many times and original layers remain stacked one on the other.

Without fully understanding what you are wanting to do, I think that layers can be an avenue in which you could look at. You can save the presentation different comps in your dynamic object and access it via the properties panel in your main document.

    the query works and give me I want a correct output. (rigth now I use cfshedule to execute it, but every time I run it will overwrite the old data with the new) what he does, he gives me the data of the past month.

    I mean your cse_newsletter.cfm model can be designed to accept parameters to view a newsletter of a certain month and year. If it accepts URL parameters, then you can create a link to it like this:

    http://mydomain.com/cse_newsletter.cfm?month=1&year=2014

    And if the parameters are not passed, you could do that show the user a list of months and years (control for example via the selection list form) so that they can select the month and year they need. That's how he could design in any case. Unless your data is stored somewhere in a database, your model would never work for a scenario (last month), and it's a great limitation because no one can observe beyond newsletters.     Well well, the AIRasterizeSuite (AIRasterize.h) will have the tools that allow you to convert sets of art in raster objects in Illustrator. And the AIArtSetSute (AIArtSet.h) has methods that allow you to build the said art defines the content of the layers.     I noticed with the new versions of the AI if I use an element in a design (say a logo which is a tiff file) can remove this logo from my MAC file or move it to another folder, when I opened this design I still once he wants me to re-edit the link or find the file of the logo.     I am an experienced AfterEffects, FCP and user of Camtasia, but new to Captivate. Currently using Captivate CS5.5 and cannot understand why Captivate shows ALL layers of content when the PlayBar stops rather than only the active layers at this point in time.     Sorry for the German screenshots. The panels are similar, the names are:

    You opened an empty catalog.

    You can try the following two steps to open the appropriate catalog file.

    1. Use the file-> open recent, open the list of all catalogs
    2. If this does not work, you will need to find the appropriate help for your operating system catalog file and double-click it to open it.

    Looks like there may be some confusion on your system which application should be associated with PDF files. You can reset the file name associations by following the steps described in these articles (depending on your operating system):

  • How save different files when cannot save version together?

    For some reason I can't save my changes unless I have uncheck Save Photo in a Version Set. But I have a few edits the ones that I have several versions.  If I try to save by changing its name to indicate a version, Photoshop Elements 9 application if I want to replace a previous edition, which I n 't. How can I save different versions of a file in I cannot check save picture in a Version Set? I use a Mac.

    I have a PC, and it worked for me. I don't know if it will work on a Mac, but you can give it a try.

    When I want to record a 2nd file in a set of version, I simply choose a new name for it (one that has not been used previously) and then make sure that the set Version checkbox is checked.

    Because it's a new account (even if with the same name), the restore procedure is unable to put files and folders in the same place, they came (because this place technically no longer - if yes, then the process is done and the transfer is complete). It can create a set of separate files (maybe even under a new user name, if it has been stored in this way).  If so, all you need to do is copy the data as you would copy any other files and folders (not the main files of the user profile themselves but the data in them) on the new files in your user account and who will take care of the transfer. Here is more information about the restore procedure which may help you in the process.

    Here is an article on the restore procedure:http://www.vista4beginners.com/How-to-restore-files to make sure you do this right.  It's a selective restore of a full or selective backup (not a full restore from a full backup) - but since you did a full backup, it matches your process more closely than would a full restore.

    This is a GREAT article on the backup and restore processes in Vista http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/2007.09.backup.aspx , but he won't go into detail about the restoration process - considering almost as easy, of course.  But it teaches you a lot about what is possible and how to do it.  It also focuses primarily on the full backup process, but he did mention the full backup and restore process as well.

    I also found the following (but don't know if it of true or not):

    I created a file in InDesign cs4 is pretty much a guide for users of my liveCicle form. I have a lot of layers in the file.

    I'm doing some links to pictures that are in its own layers. So when I export the file to PDF and click on some link, layer associated with this link appears. I tried to do this in acrobat 9 pro. I created links, but the problem is that the links in the work of the non visible layers behind the stage when I fly over.

    Is there a way to set the layer visibility in inDesign CS4?

    Not you can´t toggle layer visibility with buttons in indesign. You must finish in Acrobat...

    Only way to make something appear or disappear in ID is to use show/hide the action buttons...

    You can convert these images you want to show and hide buttons. Then you can create a different buttons to show or hide.

    If you export to PDF format, default state of a button can be hidden...

  • red dots show different colors on the same layer?

    Hi, quick question...

    I have 2 items that are red in a poster of the Illustrator. They are both on the top layer, under layer has a transparency of a burst of Sun through posters.

    The first red item is a logo that I have to copy/paste from file .ai - East native here (just a name of company (converted to outlines) red text).

    The second red element is a text that I wrote directly in my poster (on the same layer as the 1st element) is the same cmyk Red

    The problem: whenever I have save the poster as a jpg (model for the client), the 2 shows different reds? When I look at the file in the OVERPRINT PREVIEW it shows the reds as different shades, so that I have to correct something.

    Interestingly, the file records in PDF format, (red look alike)- but I don't want the file in PDF format. How can I fix this for a correct visualization as a jpg?

  • Installation of different versions of a file

    Problem 1

    You use RoboHelp 8, I create a subset of a file of AIRHelp (called 2.0), plus the main (named 6.0).  They are for two different products, and the files have unique names.  When I try to do an installation by double-clicking the .air files, Installer thinks that the second file to install is the same as the first, that is, if 2.0 is installed first, the installation of 6.0 is a duplicate and vice versa. How can I fix?

    Problem 2

    The devlopers using the following syntax to start an installation of InstallShield .air files:

    AdobeAIRInstaller.exe - silent - eulaAccepted-location 'c:\glyphxehelp' 'GlyphXE 2.0 Help.air.

    AdobeAIRInstaller.exe - silent - eulaAccepted-location 'c:\ncode6help' "nCode 6.0 Help.air.

    Any file is installed first, the second installation fails with the message "failed because of the wrong configuration.  A previous installation on beta 1 has worked with these commands. Beta 2 does not work. Since there is no difference in install it for these, except the .air files, developers conclude to these files.  They used an obsolete AdobeAIRInstaller.exe, but this replacement with the latest version does not affect the error.

    These problems are related?  I only came across this before. Ideas?  Thanks in advance.

    Hi starr456,

    This is something tricky, simply because the Starter is not available anywhere to download (it's the OPK only), and it is not available to resettle them in the HP Recovery Manager. After researching this for awhile, it seems to me that your only option to get Starter upward and the execution is to perform a recovery of the HP System. This restores all of the original software, including programs that are not available to resettle them in the Recovery Manager. He is also the 'nuclear option' and will completely erase everything on your computer. You will need to back up all personal files that you do not want to lose.

    If you're desperate for Office Starter, you can use this recovery method. But if you're open to exploring other alternatives, you might want to try a freeware productivity suite (like OpenOffice, for example).

    Here is a link to the instructions for performing a HP system recovery for Windows 7. If you have a different version of Windows, let me know and I'll post a different link.
