  You can not!  iTunes movies are DRM protected and can only be read

  through iTunes on a computer authorized Apple ID or an iDevice.

  Are what duplicate files you referring?

  I suggest you follow these steps:

  a. open search by pressing the logo Windows + F key.

  (b) in the search box, type the name of the file that you suspect could be duplicated.

  c. in the toolbar, click view and then click on details.

  d. scroll down the list, looking for files with the file names and file extensions. When you find one or more of the files that match, compare their dates in the Date Modified column. If the dates are the same, the files are probably duplicates. You can open files and compare their contents to be sure.

  e. search files that are probably double results

  f. click on the file you want to delete and press DELETE.

  Unless they jailbroke your phone, it is unlikely that you have a keylogger on it.

  They may have installed some profiles that would be used to work within the security of the iOS and a better level of control over your device, but away from logging.

  Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. Based on what you said, it seems that there is a song that is just listed in iTunes and does not react to reading or deleting.

  One thing that can cause this is wrong with the iTunes library file. We can try to restore the file and see if the library updates and removes the song in the list because it is not downloaded.
