  Okay, that was user error. The songs were incorrectly uploaded from another computer!

  If the media is always on your iPhone, see recover your iTunes from your iPod or an iOS device. Have you changed your Apple account information. I have purchases dating back to 2007.

  I have a song that I bought on the iTunes Store, I wanted to share it with a friend who needed in mp3 format.  I created a Playlist with this the only song and tried to burn playlist to disc.  When you are prompted, I chose the mp3 format. I got the message «the file is an iTunes Store file and cannot be burned to a CD mp3»

  Does this mean that any time I buy a song on the iTunes Store can't share or create playlist mp3 for my own pleasure.  For example, I have a very good Audio Alpine receiver in my car, but it will not play mp4 so I need mp3 songs to play in my car. I also have a home radio/mp3 player that I can join a flashdrive USB port and listen to my songs, as long as they are MP3s.

• The song disappear from iTunes on my MacBook.

  I have a song that shows as being in my library on my MacBook, but it is not. Some time ago I downloaded and then deleted. It disappeared from all my other devices but still present in iTunes on my MacBook. When I try to delete nothing happens, when I try to play nothing happens. When I opened the box of info song that States that it is always stored in iCloud, but it does not appear on any of my other peripheral iCloud library or is available from me to re-download cloud icon there.

  I tried to restart my MacBook & iTunes and also tried to turn my library iCloud off & back on, even running that a repair on my drive does not resolve the issue.

  Anyone got any ideas on how to solve this problem?

  Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. Based on what you said, it seems that there is a song that is just listed in iTunes and does not react to reading or deleting.

  One thing that can cause this is wrong with the iTunes library file. We can try to restore the file and see if the library updates and removes the song in the list because it is not downloaded.

  I use iTunes game and I started iTunes (12.4.0.119) on my MBP (mid-2010) today to listen to the music (I usually use the iPhone 6). But I can't because all the songs have an exclamation mark next to them and are not on the computer. They never had because they were all in the cloud. And they are still available on iPhone and iPad (1st gen mini).

  I connected and iTunes and even checked the State of the game to iTunes subscription. Everything looks good (subscription will be automatically renewed in December 2016) but there is no menu item to check the iTunes connection game, and obviously, it is not available on the MBP, it was before.   How do you remove the tracks and it seems that iTunes is trying to locate them? Where you previously to play music from iTunes game? Also check the preferences to ensure that library music icloud is always checked.

  KIM Ive just upgraded my phone. I can't play songs associated with itunes game unless im connected to wifi. If not work wifi its asking me to connect mobile data. Gruff, I don't have to use my data to play songs from game ive already paid? Sollution simple im sure?

  If the songs are uploaded on the device, then they should be able to play without connection. Nothing currently in the cloud needs to get the data for you, so that it can be listened to.

  It is good that you have identified on your computer. The resolution of this problem is to return the files to their original location.
