  I want to test my Web site locally using the windows subst command to emulate the root of my site. It works perfectly with IE8 (except IE8 displays the different available to firefox) but does not work with Firefox. All images, sheets, styles and anything with a root path does not work. If I use a relative path (.. /.. / for example) to the objects that they works very well.

  How can I view web pages locally by using a path root of Web site?

  Firefox does not allow access to local files.

  I have actually 3 addresses of e-mail on the go in Mail:

  -Old address hotmail.co.uk (which I use daily).

  -For my Apple ID I use outlook.com. This e-mail address appears in my account, but I use it for mail. The confusing is that my new address iCloud does not appear like this outlook.com you do.

  I have been using my hotmail address to send/receive messages, but I want to get rid of it and use my new address to iCloud.

  I click on the following: Preferences > account information > Alias > This shows my address hotmail.co.uk (not the new iCloud email address), and clicking on modify the Alias takes me to account, then + and - an email address, then I add the new address to iCloud and then it freezes!  When my wife does it to see how it should work, by clicking on edit aliases, it is automatically taken on its iCloud site where she can change all his own.

• Can't get WAP121 to work with the switch SG100D - 08 p... why?

  If I connect my WAP121 directly to my router, it works fine.  But when I connect it to my SG100D switch - 08 p I can see, but when I log in, I get "limited connectivity" and he can't "identify."  The switch is PoE and everything seems to work well, but I have tried PoE and steady through the switch; nothing works.  Does not understand why if I connect it cat-cable goes into the switch it works fine, but when I coonect it through the switch, I have problems.  I thought that this switch was unmanaged, but something is happening.  Any ideas?

  Nathan, the default state should be fine. Try to upgrade/flash the firmware and reset the device and try again.

  have a photoshop file simple that I turned in 3 layers with person, tree, background field.  imported into ae cc fine and added a knot of 50mm 2 cam (activated dof).   has pushed my rear bottom layer, having the tree in the middle and my person layer pulled forward (z space).  No matter what settings I try in cam (focal distance, open, level of blur) each of the three layers remain in focus perfect on my screen.  I have 2 horizontal view up so I can see where all the parameters are moving things but in my view of what the camera sees, no blurry dof at all the .  what Miss me?  TIA

  You have 3d project on fading DOF (and a lot of other stuff too).

  I am a big fan of the Elder Scrolls and uses the new 2.2.9 STEP Setup. They went to the organizer of the Mod (MO) and I can't seem to get my FF working with the mod download things part. I click on the icon "Earth", that takes me immediately to the page file Nexus Mod, but when I choose a file to download after clicking on "Download Manager" I get this error message:

  The address when clicking "Download Manager" begins with nxm://Skyrim/mods/ the address is such because trying to download with the Manager.

  Any help will be greatly appreciated! I pulled out my hair for the last few hours trying to find a solution. I disabled Adblock, other popups blockers and activated the main address in my exception rules. It simply doesn't get it. Ugh!

  How can I get FireFox to work on the first version of the Google ChromeBook? Everytime I open it it said to update or upgrade to FireFox and make it your main page. So I downloaded it and it's open once it is installed, but then a message appears that says "can't stand" search for an application that supports FireFox and its software, or something of the sort. I was sitting here with a full battery when I started and now it is dead... and I still don't have FireFox on my ChromeBook.

  What do I do now or how do I get it to work? And if it just simply won't work on a CHromeBook then they need to have that riht out in the open.

  I had a peek in this and was informed that Firefox does not work on Chrome OS.

  It is designed and done a little differently from the likes of Windows and Linux and will not support another browser being installed.

  Check if you have an F LOCK key in the top right of your keyboard.

  If this is not the case, try a system restore:
