  Moving files by using the Media Manager is on page 77 of the guide, in the link below.

  BEFORE , using either make sure that these options are set.

  First of all go to OPTIONS/MEDIA CARD/make sure

  MASS STORAGE mode and the AUTO mass storage mode to ACTIVATE when connected is activated.

  Make sure that the CONTENT PROTECTION is disabled.

  You can also move files by connecting the device to the PC via USB. Then open MY computer and the card support in the device appears as a flash drive.

  You can "drag and drop" files in the right folders. I prefer, it's fast, easy and effective. (and old school)

  I find that when I play the USB in my car stereo, all the parts play in the order in which I originally recorded my media player CD.  I drag synchronize them in the order that I want but they play seemingly at random, but I think it might be chronilogical order of their recording in Media Player.

  The best way I found to do this is to create folders on the USB drive and then use a different folder for each album of the music.
  If you want music in a particular order, change the name of the file to include a 001 at the beginning, for example, 001 - songname.mp3 music
  Do this for all the tracks in the order you want and software of the car detects the number and play music in that order.

  Attach the iPad to the computer via the USB cable and open Adobe Content Viewer. In the Folio Builder Panel, select the folio and then choose Preview > Preview on "device name".

  There is no way to do it on Windows.

  Tones are a unique download only, they will not appear in purchased for redownloading. If you have them in the section of tones from your computer's iTunes library, you can synchronize the phone from there, if they are only on your backup of your library of downloads / you can add to your computer via file iTunes library > add to library so that you can synchronize. Or if you still have your old appliances with them to connect to iTunes on your computer and file > devices > transfer purchases and you can then synchronize with your new phone.
