  I have two projects, including a product multiple files including a .cod and a .jar file .jad. This app is deployed and works very well on the device.

  Your app is producing files of cod of brother, and properly done jad refers to them.  You don't see them because they are hidden in the cod file.  Search the forum and the documentation for brother learn more.
