  We will determine if your PC can not even boot from USB devices.  Plug the USB and turn on your PC.  When you get to the HP splash screen, then start typing the escape key to bring up a boot selection menu. If you do not see the USB device then your PC can't boot from a USB device.

I was able to get the drive icon on the desktop of the new CS6 computer. However, when I try to install it, a message "invalid serial number" appears even if I still have the original box. CS6 serial number has also been tried just in case where.  I understand that adobe will allow up to 2 computers to use the software. Can someone help me get the program on the new iMac?

  CS6 will first have to CS6 serial number.

  Then it will ask a qualifying serial number (since it is an upgrade), and you enter the OLD serial number.

  Don't forget it is compatible with the system on your new computer, CS6 is old and support.

  You have the original installation disc of recovery? If yes you don't need the key because the recovery image can be installed to 1000 times and each time preinstalled version will be activated properly.

  With other words, no one will send you the key that you got on the sticker. The product key is implemented in original recovery image and cannot be used in case you want to enable another version of the Microsoft OS.
