How to get the current date to display in the Spanish format.
The coding is in format Adobe Acrobat, DC. The coding I have for the English today's date is:
var d = new Date();
sDate = util.printd var ("dd mmmm yyyy", d);
this.getField("Text1").value = sDate;
How can I get the current date displayed in this Spanish format: 07 December 2015
Thank you
It's a little complicated... But this code should do the trick:
util.printd("dd", d) + " de " + util.printd("date(es){MMMM}", d, true) + " de " + util.printd("yyyy", d);
Edit: Fixed the code... Did not notice the 'of' second before.

How to get the text formatting in the tables
Dear experts and aid
For my project, I import an RTF file and then read the data into 3 tables. It works fine when just using the contents of the string of paragraphs. However, the final script should be able to read and to replace the text formatted...
Why use intermediate tables? Because otherwise I need to swap between two fm-documents (and you can be a part of the book).The imported file starts with a certain number of lines separated into two parts by a TAB ("designates a TAB in \x08 FM)
[[Garneau, 1990 #12]] » [9]
The good article can also be locally as text, e.g. [9]
Then follow the same (or smaller) number of paragraphs with text formatted like this:
[9]"D. Garneau, ed., National Language Support Reference Manual (national language Information Design Guide. Toronto, CDN: IBM National Language technical Centre, 1990.Is it possible to replace in the body of the function below the next song
while(pgf.ObjectValid()) { pgfText = GetText (pgf, newDoc); gaBibliography.push(pgfText); pgf = pgf.NextPgfInFlow; }
with this
while(pgf.ObjectValid()) { gaBibliography.push(pgf); pgf = pgf.NextPgfInFlow; }
Do I need a special statement of the gaBibliography range?
And how to get the right part of the lines as formatted intro thingy in table gaFmtCitsFmt ?Currently, I read in the tables as "strings" (function GetText not shown):
var gaFmtCitsRaw = []; // left column in processed RTF var gaFmtCitsFmt = []; // right column in processed RTF var gaBibliography= []; // bibliography lines from processed RTF // filename is something like E:\_DDDprojects\FM+EN-escript\FM-testfiles\BibFM-collected-IEEE.rtf function ReadFileRTF (fileName) { var nCits=0, nBib = 0, openParams, openReturnParams, newDoc, pgf, pgfText ; var TAB = String.fromCharCode(8); // FM has wrong ASCI for TAB var parts = []; openParams = GetOpenDefaultParams(); openReturnParams = new PropVals(); newDoc = Open (fileName, openParams, openReturnParams); pgf = newDoc.MainFlowInDoc.FirstTextFrameInFlow.FirstPgf; // get first pgf in flow // --- read the temp/formatted citations while(pgf.ObjectValid()) { pgfText = GetText (pgf, newDoc); if (pgfText.substring (0,2) == "[[") { // citation lines start with [[ parts = pgfText.split(TAB); // get the two parts of the line gaFmtCitsRaw.push (parts[0]); // Push the result onto the global array gaFmtCitsFmt.push (parts[1]); pgf = pgf.NextPgfInFlow; } else { break } } // --- read the bibliography while(pgf.ObjectValid()) { // until end of doc pgfText = GetText (pgf, newDoc); gaBibliography.push(pgfText); pgf = pgf.NextPgfInFlow; } newDoc.Close (Constants.FF_CLOSE_MODIFIED); } // --- end ReadFileRTF
The following questions will then be how to change the script of FindAndReplace of Ian Proudfoot for managing text formatted as replacement. I will need to use the copy and paste IMHO...
Klaus, okay, before pasting, you must assign the TextSelection object at your insertion point.
// Add a new paragraph after the current paragraph. var newPgf = oDoc.NewSeriesPgf (lastPgf); var textRange = new TextRange (new TextLoc (newPgf, 0), new TextLoc (newPgf, 0)); oDoc.TextSelection = textRange; oDoc.Paste ();

How to get the 'DAY' based on the territory of current account held a number between
Hi all
Looks like I'm at the end of my intelligence here but how to get the 'DAY' based on the territory of current account with a number between 1 and 7? Oracle has functions to extract the day of the week, but I can't find the other way around.
I need a way to know that the number '3' on the database with NLS_TERRITORY = AMERICA means a 'Tuesday' or the number '2' on a database with NLS_TERRITORY = GERMANY means "Tuesday" as well.SQL> select * from v$version; BANNER -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.3.0 - Production CORE 11.2.0.3.0 Production TNS for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production SQL> alter session set nls_territory=AMERICA; Session altered. SQL> select to_char (sysdate, 'D') from dual; T - 3 SQL> alter session set nls_territory=GERMANY; Session altered. SQL> select to_char (sysdate, 'D') from dual; T - 2
Hope I am clear enough.
And wish you all a happy new year :)
Kind regards
SmailUse the format "IW" to get the date of Monday and the format "DAY" to get the "first day of the week. Then compare dates to see if they are identical.

ALTER SESSION SET NLS_TERRITORY = 'AMERICA'; WITH DATA AS (SELECT LEVEL INPUT_DAY FROM DUAL CONNECT BY LEVEL <= 7) SELECT INPUT_DAY, TO_CHAR(TRUNC(SYSDATE, 'Day')+INPUT_DAY-1, 'DAY') "Day label" from data; INPUT_DAY Day label --------- ------------------------------------ 1 SUNDAY 2 MONDAY 3 TUESDAY 4 WEDNESDAY 5 THURSDAY 6 FRIDAY 7 SATURDAY alter session set nls_territory = 'FRANCE'; WITH DATA AS (SELECT LEVEL INPUT_DAY FROM DUAL CONNECT BY LEVEL <= 7) SELECT INPUT_DAY, TO_CHAR(TRUNC(SYSDATE, 'Day')+INPUT_DAY-1, 'DAY') "Day label" from data; INPUT_DAY Day label --------- ------------------------------------ 1 MONDAY 2 TUESDAY 3 WEDNESDAY 4 THURSDAY 5 FRIDAY 6 SATURDAY 7 SUNDAY

Hi friends,How to get the date difference between two dates exactly

Date1 - date2 is the exact number of days is after date2 date1. (It is as accurate as possible, given that the DATEs do not have fractions of a second).
and one entire display i mean positive integer
Select round ((sysdate) - to_date (date_start)), date_start days of per_periods_of_serviceYou want to probably get the exact number of days first, then ROUND this number:
SELECT ROUND (SYSDATE - TO_DATE (date_start, ...)) AS days FROM per_periods_of_service;
Always pass arguments at least 2 to TO_DATE:
(1) the string to be converted, and
(2) a saying string how (1) is formattedThis gives negative also result
Right; If date1 is before date2 then date1 - date2 returns a negative number.
If you want to never get a negative value, use ABS (date2 - date1). If it returns 4, then you know that one of the DATEs was 4 days before the other, but you won't know who was earlier.I hope that answers your question.
If not, post a small example data (CREATE TABLE and only relevant columns, INSERT statements) and also publish outcomes from these data.
Explain, using specific examples, how you get these results from these data.
Always tell what version of Oracle you are using. -

Hi FrankYes, but I had more than 2 tables with item_characteristics, type_characteristics
If there are other tables involved, then CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements for them (for the relevant columns only). You must not post a lot of examples of data; usually just a couple of lines per table is enough to show the problem.
Also post the results desired from these data.What I try to do is, I'm comparing new_value in log_item_characteristics (whichever is most recent) with CHR_VALUE in the item_characteristics and the needs of different output values
I am trying to query is not giving desired out put
Point out some places where the output is wrong and explain how you get good results in these places, using specific examples from the data sample.

Thank you; It is useful to see the existing query. Really, you have to format your code.
Please can you help me
What you've posted so far is like saying "I'm going 200 meters to the North, and then 500 meters East, but I'm not getting where I want to go." I would have a better chance to help you if you said, 'I'm out of my house, at 100, Elm Street and try to get to the supermarket at Broadway 279. I'm going 200 meters to the North... ', or, even better. "I want to buy a newspaper and some orange juice, so I thought I'd go to a convenience store. I start at my house, at 100, Elm Street... »
Always post some examples of data (CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements, as you did in your first post) and the desired results from these data. Explain how you get these results from these data. -

How to get the icons to display correctly in the Finder?
At the time of the "classic" Mac OS, if the icons are not correctly display in the Finder, we could 'rebuild the desktop file' to correct the problem. I've recently updated to Yosemite, and most things work well, but for some reason, most of the files in the Finder .webloc now show as blank icons (but not all; a few show the correct icon). There is no model, I can see: some very old .webloc files now show a white icon (where I know that their icons used to be correct), while the most recent show the icon of correct - although I just created four (by dragging the URL of the Safari, the usual method) which are all empty. Sometimes they appear with the older icon, with the symbol @ (although those who seem to have changed vacuum after running and restart maintenance). I tried from an external disk, repair permissions and repair the file system, as well as cleaning with the utility of Maintenance (which clears the web browser and other caches), nothing works. Does anyone know how to get the computer to display these icons correctly?
May be a corrupt .plist.
Make a backup, preferably 2 backups on 2 separate drives.
Go to Finder and select your user folder. With this Finder window as the windshield, select Finder/display/display options for presenting or order - J. When the display options opens, check "show the library folder. This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder. Select the library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.finder.plist and com.apple.desktop.plist. Move the .plists on your desktop.
Relaunch the Finder by restarting the computer and test. If it works fine, delete the plists from the desktop.
If the same, return the .plists to where you obtained since, by crushing the latest.

How to get the timestamp of data DAQmx Read
Hello
I have to read 4 analog channels using DAQmx AI read in LabVIEW 2012. I am using screws DAQmx.
Acquisition rate is 4000 samples per second, and the number of samples per channel is 200.
I use only one task DAQmx to read the data. I get 4 data tables for 4 channels each table length is 200, every time, DAQmx Read happens.
But I want to get the seal of these 200 samples per channel. How to get the seal of these samples, made me know.
Thank you
You have not indicated your code. If you choose to read the waveform data, the cluster includes t0 and dt. That's all the information you need.

How to get the bar display of title in pixels text length?
Hello
Does anyone know how to get the length of the title bar text (in pixels) display? Just to clarify, that's what I'm looking for:
I don't see a CVI function for this. The attribute ATTR_TITLE_FONT for GetPanelAttribute (...) is only valid for the panels of the child which prevents me from using the GetTextDisplaySize (...) to get the size. Dive into the Windows SDK I can not even find an answer here. Any ideas? Thank you.
Figured out how to do this. Go to the SDK to get the font properties - is kind of nonobviousness. But once you have the font properties, you can create a font of meta in CVI, with properties, and once you have the meta font you can use GetTextDisplaySize (...) to get the size. For any future reference:
//define a NONCLIENTMETRICS structureNONCLIENTMETRICS ncmtest;//We have to set the cbSize parameter to the size of the passed structure before retrieving it ncmtest.cbSize = sizeof(NONCLIENTMETRICS); //Get NONCLIENTMETRICS structure result = SystemParametersInfo(SPI_GETNONCLIENTMETRICS, 0, &ncmtest, 0); //copy the title font name to a c-string while(ncmtest.lfCaptionFont.lfFaceName[i] != 0) { thefont[i] = (char)ncmtest.lfCaptionFont.lfFaceName[i]; ++i; } //null terminate thefont[i] = '\0'; //create meta font with title font properties. lfWeight & 0x700 indicates bold. CreateMetaFontWithCharacterSet() doesn't recognize DEFAULT_CHARSET so we replace it with VAL_NATIVE_CHARSET(?). uir_status = CreateMetaFontWithCharacterSet ("TheTitleFont", thefont, abs(ncmtest.lfCaptionFont.lfHeight), ncmtest.lfCaptionFont.lfWeight & 0x700 ? 1 : 0, ncmtest.lfCaptionFont.lfItalic, ncmtest.lfCaptionFont.lfUnderline, ncmtest.lfCaptionFont.lfStrikeOut, 0, ncmtest.lfCaptionFont.lfCharSet == DEFAULT_CHARSET ? VAL_NATIVE_CHARSET : ncmtest.lfCaptionFont.lfCharSet); //get titlebar text uir_status = GetPanelAttribute (panelhandle, ATTR_TITLE, thetext); //get title bar length uir_status = GetTextDisplaySize (thetext, "TheTitleFont", &height, &width);
I have a 79 for the duration of the screenshot above.

How to get the Date, month, year of the DateTimePicker
Hi, I am using the DateTimePicker.
There are several question about this command:
1. how to get the Date, month and year?
-With the help of myDateTime.value, I get this string ' Wed May 08 14:45 ICT 2013 '-> I have to manually analyze this? Because I need in format yyyy/mm/dd. Or can set the format of dateTimePicker.value?
2 format on dateTimePicker self (on the user interface) is d/m/YY, I can't change to another format?
Thank you
dateTimePicker.value return a QDateTime not a string.

See more:
https://developer.BlackBerry.com/Cascades/reference/QDateTime.html#date
https://developer.BlackBerry.com/Cascades/reference/QDate.html
You can get
day = dateTimePicker.value.date().day() month = dateTimePicker.value.date().month() year= dateTimePicker.value.date().year() dateYYYYMMDD = dateTimePicker.value.date().toString(Qt::ISODate) dateYYYYMMDD2 = dateTimePicker.value.date().toString("YYYY/MM/DD") dateYYYYMMDD3 = dateTimePicker.value.toString("YYYY/MM/DD")

How to get the current location in the event thread?
Hello!
Can U pls tell me how to get the location where the thread object, it is in method() execution of MenuItem. PLS, tell me-
I also used the different thread for the getLocation() method. But I do not have the coords of geo location...
PLS, suggest me-
My code is as below:
private MenuItem getGeoCodes=new MenuItem("Current Coords",100,1){ public void run(){ double[] coords=getLocationCoords(); this.wait(12000); System.out.println("Latitude :"+coords[0]+" "+"Longitude:"+coords[1]); } }; private double[] getLocationCoords(){ Criteria criteria = new Criteria(); criteria.setHorizontalAccuracy(500); criteria.setVerticalAccuracy(500); LocationProvider locationProvider = LocationProvider.getInstance(criteria); Location location=null; new Thread(){ public void run(){ locationProvider.getLocation(60); } } QualifiedCoordinates qualifiedCoordinates=location.getQualifiedCoordinates(); double[] coords=new double[]{qualifiedCoordinates.getLatitude(),qualifiedCoordinates.getLongitude()} ; return coords; }
But I myself NullPointerException. Coordinates get successfully, if we run the location capability in different function, rather than the event thread.
Please help me-
In my opinion, which may be too complicate things a bit. I think he's trying to do is register a LocationListener with his object of LocationProvider. Callback methods, send a message to the UI event thread as follows (no need to spawn threads):
UiApplication.getUiApplication().invokeLater( new Runnable() { public void run() { // This code will execute on the event thread } });
EDIT: If your interval is short, you can consider implementing this executable as a class and store an instance in the front.
