How to give users the ability to select the rate based on HSP_Begin, HSP_Average or HSP_ending

We wanted to give users the ability to select the rate based on HSP_Begin, HSP_Average or HSP_ending. How you would achieve this?
I have some ideas:
(1) a less optimal solution is to create a user variable called FX_Beg_Ave_End, and then run a HBR script to perform the conversion of FX before completing the form. The HBR will prompt the user to enter "HSP_Begin, HSP_Average or HSP_ending. He's going to calc and display the converted data in the form based on the user input. It's embarrassing because users must type in 'HSP_Begin, HSP_Average or HSP_ending' to all forms. It is also better to pull data directly from one of the members: 'HSP_Begin, HSP_Average or HSP_ending'.
(2) a better alternative is to put the POV of the form points to the variable user FX_Beg_Ave_End. When the form appears, it will draw the name of the FX_Beg_Ave_End member variable and display the data of the Member (for example 'HSP_Begin, HSP_Average or HSP_ending') stored in FX_Beg_Ave_End.

In my view, that the notice of application is the ability for the user to change the access to its review, not the developer.
I addressed some shortcomings mentioned in the comments of my product, but my clients cannot go back and change their initial review to reflect the improvements. It is a system of review quite unsatifactory.

Running test of Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.6.0
Production is currently running Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.7.0
I created a user at the same time and on the production side, it works fine, but on the side of test, I get ORA-1017: name of user and password invalid. connection refused when I try to connect via my web application or when I try through sql more is not log to the side test but does for the Pb of the production.
How can I compare two users?
During the creation of my table, procedure, etc. scripts, I have granted access this even sure if the user has rights to the tables and other objects.
There is another main user account that is able to do everything that I need so I know it's possible, but need me something to allow my new user to connect.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Oracle is too easy to lie about it. It has noting to do with what privileges you have given to the user. There is never far enough to worry about privileges. Either you provide a user name does not exist, or you provide the wrong password for this user name. Period.

How to give users a change log?
I would like to give my users a changelog before downloading a new version, so that they know what to look for or to ignore the update if they don't need.
With the Playbook, I would change the description before submitting the bar BB control file. It would be at the beginning of the description as ' * Version 1.4 - NEW - entry changes...» ». Once the description has been approved, I would then put the bar to submit for his approval. Not the best way, but it worked.
With BB10 however, you don't see more description after the purchase.
Is there a way to give the user a journal changes, or a workaround as I did with the Playbook?

Change notes sections when you download the file of the bar. The user sees only before download.

How dim part of the form based on selection?
I have a php form that has a dropdown menu with two options: Standard or custom. If the visitor chooses Custom, I need the form remains to be "grey" on or off or something. I have no idea where to start. I did a quick search on the web and have not found much. I wonder if this may be something that handles JavaScript. Or perhaps an IF statement that causes the rest of the form to appear if custom is selected. (Please let me know if I am barking the wrong tree.)
I'll spend some time tomorrow night trying to find a solution, so I hope someone can point me in the right direction first.
Any advice would be welcome. If anyone knows a tutorial or explanation or a solution on the web, please send me a link.

PHP is a language server side, so the only way to do it with PHP would be to submit the form when this option is selected.
You must use JavaScript to disable form elements. The following script activates / deactivates on and outside form elements:
Put this in the head of your document and apply it on the menu drop down like a like this onchange event:
The first argument passed to the function toggleDisabled() is the ID of the form. The second argument is the name of a class you need to apply for the fields that you want to disable.

How can I improve the rate of acquisition with daqmx and usb-6008?

I am trying to acquire data of analog voltage with a USB-6008. I'm under Labview 8.5 student on an HP laptop with a 1.33 Ghz cpu and 736MB RAM, apparently. I tried using the Daq assistant and the low-level Daqmx functions. My best results come with a task set in MAX for my analog input, and using the function 'Daqmx read' the 'unique double 1 d sample' value in a while loop. I insert the values returned in a table which built in the while loop, and then when I'm done, I check the number of samples in the table. In the test VI attached, I also use the time to Get before and after all loop. The best sampling rate I made using this method, is around 40samples/second. I have attached a VI below that illustrates this concept. In my actual application, the data acquisition code runs at a time while loop with 1ms, parallel to other code that controls the device I'm collecting data of. The sampling rate is roughly the same for my test below VI and my application program.
The 6008 datasheet gives the sampling frequency maximum 10 kHz. I'd be happy with 2 to 2.5 kHz, or as soon as possible; I'm sure that I can achieve a little more than 40 Hz. My first idea was tied to the hardware, but the 6008 cannot make acquisitions NI hardware.
My question is: How can I implement a faster sampling of analog voltages to a USB-6008 in LAbview? If I can't do it, is there another way I can taste the data more quickly?

To the best of my knowledge, the USB-6008 can do timed equipment acquisition. Don't forget that this is a multiplexed device, so if you add 8 channels so the maximum you can set is 10 k/8

How can I identify the PPC-based programs?
I am running Snow Leopard. (10.6.8) because I used depends on the PPC software. Upgrade to any newer OS would make this software unusable (I found to my dismay when I updated to Lion mountain a few years ago and had to roll all back.) I can now be able to release these programs, but I would like to know which ones is unusable before that. Is it possible to inspect the application software to know which ones I'm going to lose if I update?

How can I create the subtables based on the index positions in an array of distinct index?
Please forgive me if this question is fundamental or obvious. I'm relatively new to LabVIEW and I'm learning as I go along.
I have a table 1 d of the values of the index (the number of possible index values is not fixed, but varies between the uses of the application, it could be just {0, 1} on a day and {1, 5, 11 678} on another) and a table 1 d of the measured values (doubles). I would like to analyze measured in sub-tables for each index value, so that if my board index was:
[0 1 1 1 1 5 5 0 5 5 1 0 1 1 5]
and my table of measurement was:
[0.1 0.2 0.3 0.4 0.5 0.6 0.7 0.8 0.9 0.11 0.10 0.12 0.13 0.15 0.14]

One of the problems is that your subsets are not of equal length and you also do not know the number of subsets in advance, you will need to decide on a suitable output structure. I suggest a picture of clusters, each element that contains the subset and, possibly, the tag.
Here's a very quick example (LabVIEW 8.0). See if it makes sense. Please check the correct operation. There could be bugs, but the concept should be clear.

How to get the rate max one sampling NOR 9263 and other cards?

I'm using a NI 9263 map and a chassis cDAQ-9172 proyect and im he 8.0 whit CVI programming. IM generating a sine and square waves to do some tests on a radio.
I want my program to be functional for all cards of this type, and we know that most of the cards have different specifications, for example sampling max tariff, in this case the Pentecost of work NI 9263 100 kech. / s as the maximum. IM generating waves based on the sampling frequency.
If my program must be compatible with most of the cards, my need to program to acquire max sampling rate using a specific function of NIDAQmx.h.
Do you know if theres a function or attribute that can return this value?
I tried this function with different attributes, with no results:
DAQmxGetTimingAttribute (taskHandle, DAQmx_SampQuant_SampPerChan, & MaxSamp);

The rest of the attributes only gives me the value of the clk, which is 20 MHz and the divisor of the clk (20000). Also I tried with a card 9264 (max samp rate is 25 ksps / s) and the function returns the same results.
Any idea?

Hello. I wrote two programs for the NOR cDAQ-9178 that work perfectly, but now I would like to combine... and users the ability to perform a measurement of the temperature (module NI 9214) or a measure of tension (NI 9201 module). I tried to use an Enum to a case Structure control, where the
user can choose either 'Measure the temperature', or 'Measure the tension', but during execution of the program, only the before user input panel opens and the program stops. Could someone please look at the code below and give me advice on the placement of my two programs in a structure of case? Each program contains two screws... a Subvi user input and a measure vi. Is it possible for me to drag the temperature and tension screw in the structure of matter? Thank you.
