I'm trying to reinstall Illustrator after restoring my computer. I bought the digital program when I bought my Dell. When I enter the product key, I have the message product key already in use. I don't know if this is a Dell problem or a problem of Adobe.

Last March when iTunes has been closed for a day, I panicked. I deleted all the ITunes that I could. Since that day I could not reload ITunes.
