How to identify this plugin is necessary?

We try to play a game on facebook and get a message that the Plugin is necessary, how to fix this?

I just installed Firefox on a Tablet / laptop windows 8.1. When we try to play a game on facebook (i.e.aA slots on Casino GSN) we get a black screen with the message that a plugin is necessary; but it does not tell us what plugin! When we repeat the process by using Internet Explorer, it works fine.

Any ideas?
