  Please try this: (Alt + B) bookmarks > show all bookmarks (or Ctrl + SHIFT + B), click on import and backup (top) > import data from another browser.   If you use iCloud photo library you cannot delete pictures after the import (or) - deletions on any device will be on all devices - if storage is a question about a device set to use optimized photos
