  First thing to understand is that the widgets of Muse Gallery is more a central location to search and find widgets (an aggregator of sorts), as an all in one store (like iOS and Android app stores). Many widgets are hosted on external third party websites and clicking on the "get this widget" button will bring you to their sites, where you have to make the payment/filling in details for those who are free and do so that the terms sites to download this widget (as opposed to everything that happens on the Muse from the Adobe Web site).

  Once you have the file (a file with the extension .mucow) widget. Double-click it to open it in Adobe Muse that will install it automatically. If windows Explorer (or equivalent ios) is not an association of a .mucow file, point it at Muse cc.

  The new widget should now appear in the pane on the right side that you can use in your project, you are working on that. You may need to restart Muse for this to take effect.

  . STE files are just the setingss of site definition you have created and exported from DW.

  If this is a new installation of DW, you have still no .ste file.

  Access the Site > new Site > tell DW where your site files on your local disk folder.  C:\yourSiteName.  See screenshot.

  

  Under servers: FTP login credentials for the remote server entry.  Root directory is any folder on the server of your hosting provider told to use for your files in public_html.  This varies by host.  If in doubt, check with your web host for more details.

  Simple answer: you can't.

  Muse is not a blog engine. You can use blog engine Business Catalyst, but you would not be able to simply import your old items. You will need to enter in copy and paste.

  You cannot import files in Muse from a remote server because you can only open the .muse file in Muse. If you host your site on Business Catalyst, you can take advantage of the change in the browser. Changes to aid in the browser edition on the site of BC, will be included in your corresponding muse site.   It's not a way at this time to import HTML files in Muse and wait for it to load in Design view for a re - publish later. The only type of editing that the Muse supports today (apart from Muse) is through function change of Business Catalyst in the browser but that is limited to editing only the text (without form or styles) and the foreground images http://www.adobekb.com/working-with-in-browser-editing_pt01.html>.
