• Whenever I run an application from Creative cloud says "Please wait", it never shows anything else, and the program never loads. Any fix for that? It happens with every program, photoshop, dreamweaver, etc..

  

  

  Two screens, I get. Try to use my access to the trial which seems impossible, so no reason to buy if I can't use it. Tried to uninstall and reinstall with the same problem. I used the cleaner creative cloud also.

  Hi - I was able to download and install the application creative cloud on my desktop (Win 7), where it replaced Adobe Application Manager and seems to work ok.

  Then I tried to download and install the application on my laptop from https://creative.Adobe.com/products/creative-cloud by clicking on the download button. It starts with Adobe Application Manager that lists all applications installed or available to install with the exception of the creative cloud app!

  How to install creative cloud app? Is there a direct link, that circumvents the MAO?

  Hi Dave,.

  Please rename the folder to C:\Program Files (x 86) PDApp \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp whatever it is for example "-PDApp'." Now restart your browser and install new cloud creative https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloudapp. It will now install Creative Cloud App for your laptop.

  The guy from the live chat just keeps repeating itself we cannot cancel it until its renewal. Seriously? the business is closed. Nobody uses the service. There is no money in the bank account because the business is closed. Finito. Fact. Ended. Above. I am sure that ours is not the first company to close with a creative cloud hanging there teams membership. It's very frustrating because the next payment is supposed to hit the Bank tomorrow and of course, there is nothing there. Hoping someone here can direct me to the customer support appropriate (which is actually interested in the reality of the situation)? I found statement of core values of Adobe, which seems to contradict the ridiculous chat discussion over this!

  My annual subscription to the creative cloud expired last year, but I'm still be charged for it and cannot access the programs. I don't want creative cloud more, I just want to stop being charged for the products that I don't get. I tried pages to unsubscribe on the Adobe Web site, it says: choose your contact method preferred in the drop-down menu, and there is no drop-down list. The site then go to forums, which then me directly to the page I was before. It's extremely frustrating and I want to just Adobe to stop taking money from my account. Someone help me please!

• At my wits end, try to install the office creative cloud for the last 4 days

  I'm trying to download the office cc on an iMac OX 10.10.3 running version. I upgraded especially to try to install cc after having problems. The upgrade means I lost iPhoto / an upgrade due to VM Fusion necessary (I need to run Adobe CS 5.5 for Windows, which is an upgrade of a product I bought until I'm Mac). I spent the last 4 days round in circles on the forums. I have used the CC cleaning tool, past internet service (because at one point, I got an error 201), disabled WIFI, discarded all my Adobe existing facilities (including Adobe CS 5.5 for Windows) and off the Mac several times in the last 4 days in the last 4 years. Desktop CC is (I think) just a 3 MB file. Can't someone just send a file/exe. I tried to access the direct file on a link suggested by a member of the staff of Adobe on the forum, but access has been denied. I want to get Windows on my Mac. I just want a trial of photoshop and lightroom. Please help.
