  This isn't an update, you must install. Delete all the downloaded files. You don't not firmware updates for your model unless there is a technical support saying that you do. You might not have even a drive hard seagate. Just download the files does not install them. For the record - back is no longer used or needed. You always use the Windows version of updates.

Those who are just to reinstall the drivers, you already have. Do not install anything unless directed to technical support.   None of the users other than admin are able to connect on the planning application to SIT. I have access admin SIT, but still not able to connect to any planning application. The error I get is "unable to synchronize with the provisioning of users. See the Planning journal for more details".

  As I see it is provisioned to users who could potentially access the system, so I assumed that disabled accounts could not access to the system so don't are not counted, just my opinion, I do not speak for Oracle

  Check the file /opt/sun/comms/davserver/lib/config-templates/DavserverCfg.properties for the cal.enduser.admin.userid of entry. It can still have the old value.

  Either change the file to get the correct value or rename/detected file and then restart init-config.

  The problem by using the utility available to users for a single user has already been mentioned as a Bug 7330744 bug: CANNOT RUN PROVISION USERS for UNIQUE USER UTILITY. Development commented in this bug that utility supply to users is designed for synchronization in bulk and is not necessary to synchronize to a single user. The simple fact of this user in planning record will trigger the synchronization.
