  1. Add or remove programs.
  2. Click Add/Remove Windows components.

Sol.chm and sol.hlp (two versions of solitaire help file) both go in c:\windows\help

    You could try to copy on your desktop using the command line.  If it appears (as it should display with the settings you have selected in your original), you can then use the folder of fonts installation command.
