How to make a refund on a subscription to Adobe Stock

Dear Adobe,

I would like to file a complaint with you in regards to the customer service awful that I received from you and your team in recent weeks. I tried for three weeks now to get a refund on a subscription to Adobe Stock, which, to my knowledge, was not active. I was charged £100 for your adobe stock during the past four months service, a service that I have not used only ONCE and raw was cancelled after a few days using the service of trial in September!

I am aware that I sign up for a trial of this service, so when you a few days of use of the product is in the "Manage subscriptions" section my account cancel my trial where after I was told by the site Web from Adobe that I had 'Active subscriptions no.' so, assuming that it was an opt-in subscription, took him just yet. Fast forward to December and my bank statements show that I have now been charged nearly £100 (about £24 per month) by Adobe for courtesy of the service, I wasn't EVEN GIVES ONE OPTION CANCELLATION! Having now escalated this case 3 times for your team by phone (none of which have come back to me by email or telephone as promised many managers of the Department - I had to remind each of the three times to find out what the resolution - terrible!) I was told that I wouldn't be a refund on one of the payments taken from my account!

Your customer service has been catastrophic, I was ignored with scripted answers that don't even take into account what I said, I was promised three appeal supports the management team and not received one and have now lost nearly 2 hours of my time on the phone with a customer service team that can as well have been an auto response message...!

It has completely tarnished my opinion of Adobe as a company, and working in a creative design industry, going to as many people as possible aware of this disappointing experience with stereotypy corporate...

To cancel an annual membership, you must contact support as shown here - cancel your membership of Stock

I see you registered for a subscription of Stock on 8 October and received a refund for the first month as part of the promotional offer.

The plan then extended on 8 November and 8 December - £23.99 for each month.

As you have not used allowances to image during these months, I have will arrange a refund as a gesture of goodwill.

This means that all 3 charges associated with Stock subscription will be refunded.
