Free subscription to Adobe Stock of AdobeMax

I attended AdobeMax 2015 and all participants had a subscription for 1 year for free for Adobe Stock. At the Conference, I was told that supply will be automatically credited to my Adobe ID that I registered without the need of coupon code. I tried to access the subscription today and couldn't. When I contacted the support by chat the person had no idea what I was talking about and insisted on the fact that I need a promo code. Can anyone help?

  • How to make a refund on a subscription to Adobe Stock

    Dear Adobe,

    I would like to file a complaint with you in regards to the customer service awful that I received from you and your team in recent weeks. I tried for three weeks now to get a refund on a subscription to Adobe Stock, which, to my knowledge, was not active. I was charged £100 for your adobe stock during the past four months service, a service that I have not used only ONCE and raw was cancelled after a few days using the service of trial in September!

    I am aware that I sign up for a trial of this service, so when you a few days of use of the product is in the "Manage subscriptions" section my account cancel my trial where after I was told by the site Web from Adobe that I had 'Active subscriptions no.' so, assuming that it was an opt-in subscription, took him just yet. Fast forward to December and my bank statements show that I have now been charged nearly £100 (about £24 per month) by Adobe for courtesy of the service, I wasn't EVEN GIVES ONE OPTION CANCELLATION! Having now escalated this case 3 times for your team by phone (none of which have come back to me by email or telephone as promised many managers of the Department - I had to remind each of the three times to find out what the resolution - terrible!) I was told that I wouldn't be a refund on one of the payments taken from my account!

    Your customer service has been catastrophic, I was ignored with scripted answers that don't even take into account what I said, I was promised three appeal supports the management team and not received one and have now lost nearly 2 hours of my time on the phone with a customer service team that can as well have been an auto response message...!

    It has completely tarnished my opinion of Adobe as a company, and working in a creative design industry, going to as many people as possible aware of this disappointing experience with stereotypy corporate...

    To cancel an annual membership, you must contact support as shown here - cancel your membership of Stock

    I see you registered for a subscription of Stock on 8 October and received a refund for the first month as part of the promotional offer.

    The plan then extended on 8 November and 8 December - £23.99 for each month.

    As you have not used allowances to image during these months, I have will arrange a refund as a gesture of goodwill.

    This means that all 3 charges associated with Stock subscription will be refunded.

    Free trials of Adobe are for 30 days by app and it's clean and not mail electronic id specific, which means that if anyone with any email used Photoshop test on your machine, then it won't work not it will show you that the trial is expired.

    But if you think that this is the first trial for Photoshop has been downloaded on this machine and is not expired, please see the links below:

    From now on, the migration is not possible. Thus, you will not be able to migrate your Fotolia licenses to adobe Stock, or vice versa.

    I have subscribed to the trial offer 10 free stock images.  I tried to cancel after a week and there is an option to add another month for free, so now a few weeks later, I tried to cancel, and given that it is more than 30 days of the original sign, I'm told that I'm stuck with the one year subscription!  When I added the extra month, what was that then?  He didn't really give me an extra month, gave me enough time to get stuck with a subscription.  It is completely fraudulent.  I was told that I owe $134 to cancel, or I can continue during the year with 3 months free, for a total of about $270.  I just wanted to try.  I used one of the ten images that I downloaded.  It is not something that I need.  I tried to cancel within 30 days!  That's happened?  Why I was offered another free month if it meant that I lost the ability to cancel?  How that could be explained?  It is ridiculously manipulative.  I just want to cancel.

    I would like to express that I got free trial of a month on Adobe Stock with 10 free images.  The Adobe device has indicated that I can cancel at any time before the month was out and I would not result in any charges.  The month ends at the time of 75 minutes and I'm unable to cancel that phone support will end at 17:00 and I can't find any way to inform the Customer Service that I have been informed by the Adobe Web site. When I asked before entering I was not advised that I had to cancel the last day of my free month before 17:00.

    I trust a moderator Adobe will address this issue and ensure that any amount of money from my account, if any, are returned to me immediately.  Thank you in advance.

I didn't not sign up immediately but I would now but can't seem to do as well as the links are no longer available.   • I have problems with my subscription to Adobe Stock.

    I have problems with my Stock of Adobe account. I tried to update my account for the past few weeks after getting my new debit card, once I noticed that 2 of my stock payments didn't cross it. (I was not on the stock of recent times) I've updated my card, he said thank you, now you can use your account... but it is always as I do not have. I contacted the chat and it reactivated my account charged $ 8,81 on my account and he said: I'm in charge again on 13 February for monthly salary.
