  Since you haven't posted any code, I guess that you have a CSS rule in your style sheet main governing the footer.

  You cannot add a margin-top to this rule because it would affect the footers on ALL your pages.

  I suggested a styleblock only on the contact page which would negate the main style sheet on the contact page

  This would be thesection of the contact page.

This becomes a problem if the report has many fields, as long as the user must do scroll down and go down to get the previous page by pressing the link (IE (< =) 15-30 (= >)).   I'm new to APEX and basically, I try to imitate the dynamic actions of the sample where you have a list on the left side of the page and on the right side are the new page. If you run this sample application and click the page turn he calls a page and display it on the right side of the page.
  
  If you look at the source he uses page 0 (Global) which has a static list where on every static value, you can link this page to display.
  
  My problem now is that I did the same thing but my list is based on a select statement and if you do this you do not have an option of page target.

  The old format (/images/image.jpg ) used to work properly in my previous Setup of DW 8 but appear grey in DW after 'redevelopment' of mac cs5.5 DW. (they look good on the server, but it is difficult to change the image-heavy pages locally when they are all gray).

  I tried to change the files to how DW creates relative links root now:

  /public_html/images/image.jpg, which is a flow of root very easy, attractive, since there is a one-to-one mapping. These look great in DW, but are detailed on the server!

  I looked at the "Advanced" site configuration, and it seemed that it would be possible for the nuke part /public_html/ of my server info... but it also seemed that there was the potential to do damage, modification of these parameters, which are automatically generated from our server connection settings, which seem to work.

  The "links from the document / site root" toggle... did change how DW interprets existing links, or simply change the value by default when you add a link?  I did 80% of the file... before paper links I wondered if relative to the root is not better?

  Of course, it seems less ambiguous for all these pictures if theres a way to make the relative root works for the mode of creation of DW, DW link checking and server.

  Think of your site definition is set up wrong.  public_html should not be to anywhere in your local site.  It is up to your remote site under the directory root definition.  See screenshot.  In my example, the root directory of the server is htdocs /.  This is where you put public_html

• Is 'top of page' links desirable or not?

  A good Web Designer I know told me that one "to the top of the page of links" I use on one of my sites is not necessary on PC or on mobile devices. I guess he means visitors can use 'House' or 'previous page' on their PC keyboard. Don't know what it means when it comes to mobile devices. If my visitor is already clicking on links inside the page - to listen to the audio for example - is it not useful to have a nearby link to back to top? Keep in mind, many of my pages are long.

  Personally it doesn't matter as long as you are not limited by putting an additional announcement that brings you income.  Although each pixel on a screen is a source of potential income, there are moments where the ease of use of your page is very important and that means having links that makes it easy to browse your site.  For long pages, it helps to have a link to access the top of the page.

Yes I know its a lot of images, his heavy on download time and it's a pain to change. But my boss like it like that, and if that's the way, at least for now, he'll stay. We did not have a lot of complaints about this so far, and this threw me for a loop for:
  
  One of our customers won a contest that we organize for possible suggestions to make in our Norev cars, this customer's suggestion was taken like that time winner and we start to produce cars. On the site when someone wins, we post a picture and a logbook on these and there collection. While talking to this guy telling him what I need, he infomed me that his is blind, but still collects our products (fine a type 'seeing is believing' product') I was flabergasted, and then he said that he had a comment, that (go figure), our site is completely image based translates well on his page reader (windows-eyes) , So I talked to him a little more and decided that especially for the car he "visualized" I would make an effort to make very friendly Windows-Eyes, so that he could get the full description of the bus, calendar, etc. by using its drive and not to someone else to read it to him. Of course, I would like to start this building in all of my future pages, just to make it easier for him and everyone else in the same situation. But I don't know where to start. Can someone give me some good suggestions on how to do it? Can I use a < div class "" visibility: hidden; "> to hide the same text on the chart (c. - d.-take the description in PS and paste text in DW) and then to have it be hidden from all the readers of Visual or should I do something else?"   alt attributes are not supposed to "pop-up". This is a bug in IE. Use an empty
  TITLE attribute to get around that.

  That said, the alt attributes are not designed to replace the paragraphs of text.

  You could, but then you are now on two separate pages. Which only adds to
  your work.

  Best solution:

  Install the fonts on your computer of bosses. Put all the text on your site as
  text, declaring the police pirate as first choice. In this way, your boss
  see his pirate police and nobody else is burdened by it.

  Long supported on window of the video, not the link itself. Used "save video" option in the context menu which appeared after the long press. Find the file by using the Gallery App selected the file from there, selected the player to use. Voila. Play a downloaded video offline.

  I want to create a sticky top bar. What I meant with a sticky top bar is the place where there are vertical frames that have fields extend more than the height of the screen, the top does not scroll, it sticks. A good reference of maybe it's like twitter app for blackberry. Twitter app, I guess there are 2 HorizontalFieldManager (at least I thought they are HFM), one is a title bar, and the other is the button bar. The Manager of both stays even if scroll us.

  With the above code, the topMgr scrolls to the top when I scroll the screen. I want to stay.

  1. place the main screen on no vertical scrolling

  2. Add a field Manager to display main said (this is your title)

  3. the field manager manually to perform page layout however much space you want to take

  4. Add another manager who is vertically scrollable under the title manager

  5 define managers scrollables measure the total height less the height of manager title

  6 benefit.
