  You can not do with the film, which is an item purchased on the iTunes Store.  purchases from the iTunes Store (movies, TV shows and video clips) video use DRM (copy protection) technology which prevents the conversion and modification.

  The only problem with 12,4 iTunes is that some of these options have been moved.  In step 6, for example, to create an AAC version you may need to use the file menu instead of ctrl - click on the song.  Or something like that.  I do not know exactly because I didn't upgraded to iTunes 12.4 (but I read about a similar problem in this discussion group last week).  I am sure that the above procedure works, generally, however.

  M4A is not a compatible format. The simple solution
  is to convert .m4a files in .wma format and
  then import into Movie Maker.

  Since you are being invited to turn off Genius, you can add music, please use the following information to resolve these two issues:

  Turn on or off the Genius

  If iCloud music library is enabled, you cannot disable Genius.

  Choose file > library > Genius (toggle Genius).

  Turning off the Genius Genius Genius Shuffle shuts and and the Genius Mix.

  I think iTunes might be showing your iCloud music purchases. Go to the menu bar, and unselect display-> show iCloud music purchases.

  You cannot synchronize in usb or wifi if you subscribe to the Apple's music. The basic principle of the AM is that your iTunes library is scanned to determine what can be matched or must be downloaded. Once completed, all the music you will be available to listen to or download on your iOS device.
