  All, long time user of Premiere Elements, but new to Premiere Pro...

  I'm looking for a * simple * to mark a clip (or preferably a point in a clip) as something I want to use later for a montage of end of project.

  One way seems to be to use the "Place marker" button in the timeline panel. Pretty simple, but I don't see anything to say later "show me a list of any element that has a marker in it.

  I think I could click on each marker, as I add and enter a comment in the dialog as "montage" and later find all these comments of "montage". (But) it is just a few clicks too and hits my taste - too disruptive to my flow and b) it is too dependent on me entering in "assembling" exact word every time - any typo or entered by mistake "damned" or something instead, and the clip would not appear.

  Another way would be to check the 'Good' on the metadata Panel (?). But one) it identifies only a clip, not a point in a clip, b) I can't seem to find a way to later make a filter to see a list of each element that checked 'Good', and c) I don't think I want to open the metadata Panel as part of my standard workflow , so whenever I wanted to mark a clip, I must pass the metadata Panel, find the clip and click on the 'X '.

  The easiest way is maybe just add to the mounting sequence when you work first with the clip.  You can always come back later and clean installation.

  Use your operating system (Win Explorer or Mac finder) to watch your Dropbox folder and veryfy that the files are there.

Once I changed my basic video cut in first, I select all clips (included audio) in the timeline panel and open in a new model of EI. Once it has been opened, I do all my video major alterations in AE (for example, noise reduction). Now, when I try to export the project as a project of first Pro (PP) and open it in the first, it does not load the project. It's just an empty sequence. This isn't a big deal, because I tried something else. I tried connecting the composition of EI EI to PP which works, but it is very slow and precomposes all individual clips in a video clip.

  So, just to go on it again, that's what I did: cut clips in PP > selected all the clips in the timeline of PP and them open in a new AE comp > published the individual clips inside the model AE w / effects that are not supported by PP (only AE supports the reductive effect) > open the AE comp edited pp > then the model came as a clip video précomposé instead of individual clips.

  If you go to re - edit your shots in first after the application of effects in AE, so you better make the shots in AE with handles on them. Do not try and bring in a full movie. Nobody knows what they are doing it. I even add handles to my dynamic link shots in Premiere Pro and I rarely bring along only one at a time.   Easy to do: Alt + arrow left/right to move an image. ALT + SHIFT + left/right arrow to move the 5 images.

  Hmm... unless you have changed these combos of default values, those who are actually the key combos to drag a clip. To move an image, you want Alt +, (comma) or Alt +. (period). Add shift to move the 5 images.

  At the end of the day, you can do these key combos to be (almost) everything you want. These combos and many others still is user customizable in Edition > customization of the keyboard.

  EDIT: I should mention that as long as your clip is "floating" - in other words, its head and tail are not contiguous to the head or tail of any surrounding clips, the key combination mentioned Robert will work. However, if your target element is attached to one or more elements in the sequence, you can change the duration of the surrounding clips.

  For example, say that your target clip is called "B", and that is 10 time frames. The previous clip is 'A' and is also long 10 frames, and the next clip is 'C' and is long of 10 images.
