How to merge file painting office word

Hello

I have more paint files I want to insert these files to office word until I get file size reduced.

Alaied

Just open the file in Paint and copy it.  If you want a reduced file size, then first save it as a .jpg file (which is smaller than many other types of file).  Then open the file in Word, navigate to the location where you want the image and right click and then click on paste.  The image should appear in Word to the selected location.  You can then select the image and use your mouse on the edges and corners to adjust the size of the image or move it to a different location if you want.

For more information on using Microsoft Word (or working with images in Word), go to the Group Discussion Board at: http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public.word.docmanagement&lang=en&cr=US where the word experts will be more than happy to help you with any questions you may have.  If you want to import the files instead of copying the images in Word, the question in this forum.

I hope this helps.

Good luck!

  • How to merge files with their layers intact?

    What I'm trying to do:

-Merge separate vector maps made in the form of different files into a single file.

-Merge in such a way that objects in the layers remain in these layers. Which means layers of "bodies of water" (for example) all the files merger in one layer of "bodies of water" of the main document.

Just copy and paste, should work!

-No. it kills the layers and creates a new single layer of all pasted objects.

Why am I willing to do this?

-So that I can control "styles" of objects in layers in a go. While each file (card in my case) said on separate work plans.

Now, suggest me you is the best way to do it? Any other workflow?

    IdamIndia,

Before the merger, you can tick paste remembers layers in the layers flyout/dropdown palette in the receipt document, then uncheck it again once and then move/merge views as you wish.

Have you tried? There should be no problem. Simply open the files
