  My apex Oracle 4 works well on 10g except that the CARDS do not WORK. I got errors during the copy of the files and apex 4 did not immediately after several attempts to redo/i /. I still think that not all got copied in/i/correctly being the reason for not working cards.

  Everywhere I look (Oracle docs) or OTN instructions must "xcopy/e/i APEX_HOME\apex\images ORACLE_HTTPSERVER_HOME\Apache\images". The problem is that I do not HAVE the directory ...\Apache\ anywhere on the server, nor do you marvel.conf file referenced in the same context.
  I have apex 4 running on 10g on another machine and everything is OK there including graphics but still no... \Apache\, not marvel.conf...

  which web server do you use to host your APEX? Looks like you run APEX with EPG. If so, you looked in the wrong part of the installation manual. You should consider this article that describes how upadte the images in your database:
