  1. animation of the logo in the logo.swf is a movieclip and called the stop() function in the last picture.

  iMacs have not included DVD players with them for the years also remember, you can only watch regular DVDs. If the movies are Blue Ray, OS X will not support, in other words Blue Ray is not visible unless you buy a Blue Ray software.

  Windows Media Player 12 will play no longer DVD discs or files for licensing reasons.

  If you are running Windows 8 Pro, you can get a free Activation from center of the media until January 31.

  Media Center WILL read DVDs and will also allow the media player to play video files more... but not DVD.

  If you do not Win Pro 8, you need the upgrade pack to Windows 8 Pro that contains Media Center.

  The only other option would be a 3rd party player and set it as the default value for the DVD.

  Three thoughts.  First you could put on two DVDs.  I know that software Roxio and Nero have the ability.  The second thought would be to get a double layer DVD which contains twice the data, although I do not know if your business DVD drive would work with that.  When burning a DVD double layer, be sure to use a slower burning speed because they are much more subject to mistakes and they cost about $1 each.  If you're going to play the movie on a computer or a modern TV, you can put it on a flash drive.

  you did it that there is a DVD in the system? The front of the CD/DVD says DVD? You see the files on the DVD if you try to open it with Explorer?
  If you have a player who say "DVD" on the front, but can not see the content (no not a film, it's a different question of visualization) media, so I'm afraid that there could be a problem with the unit. Reading CD and DVD playback are 2 different things altogether, and might work indipendantly on a unit.

  If you can see the content, but does not play the movie, then I guess you have to install a software DVD player. Normally, Windows does not come with decoders for DVD format.

  so my question is the following can I 'play' a VI given when I press a button on the main VI.

  I have 3 different VI this remote control switch 3 different, let's say each of the unit contains the logic to open 3 doors, so VI 1 open the door 1, VI 2 open door 2 etc...

  I need a main Vi where I can choose the 1,2 or 3 or 1 and 2 door, 2 and 3 etc., so I thought to use sub - VI for each door, but if I put in 3 screws on the main block diagram two 3 doors open when I hit the arrow to play the main VI.

  So I need a way to 'play' a given Sub - vi to open the doors.

  Of course it is a simplification. In fact I need to check the phases of displacement and complex movement for them while measuring the position and to control a laser, but a button "Play sub Vi" would be useful.

  Any idea?

  Hello everyone, first of all, thank you for your contribution.

  Now on my problem of 'door', my first idea was to use a loop + structure boolean + case but I add characteristic to a VI already made so it cannot be done that easily. I thought that I just added the code additional, if I do, final code design will be ugly and difficult to understand for future coders.

  So I think I'm going again this particular portion of the control and make it simpler while integrating the new features.
