  iCloud is not a storage space for media. If you delete these items in your device, then they will go into iTunes in the cloud, and you will see a small symbol of cloud beside them.   As you are not sure of what you have removed for cause of your problems, I suggest that do you a system restore to a date before you start deleting these files, and then start carefully again, before to remove any file of dual control.

  film format .wmv to a folder on your hard drive.
