It prints on the DVD but larger than the actual image. He make a mess everywhere in the status bar. I used 'Crop Photo to Best Fit' but it does not help. I started with a picture of the circle and saved as a jpeg file. I'm about to return this unit to the store. I hope you can help register me as a customer!

  I tried to reach using the toolbarscripts01.js created by Willem Van Weeden on Peter Grainge site. I implemented .js in the skin for use with a PDF file before, so I'm sure that I am doing things, but when click on, nothing is happening, when it should print.   I've been a Windows user for some time now and recently bought a MacBook.  For a long time, I used Windows to print Word documents, which allowed me to print on both sides (even though my printer is not a "module" sides).   When I went to print using my MacBook, my printer (HP2575 all-in-one), would allow me to print on both sides.  Is there a program I can download that would allow me to print on both sides?

  You cannot set a different tray for separately ePrint service,

  However, you can set a default bin of the product, which will be used for ePrint as well.

  You'll ge this error if you have created your Snapfish account name.

  Please go to www.hp.com/go/eprintcenter and click on the login button. In the Login Page, please click on the icon fish Snap and then enter the email address and the password and connection to the eprint center.

  If you still are unabel to connect, please click you have forgotten the password on the popup screen Snap-fish and then you will get an email containing a link to reset the password and a temporary password. Once the password is reset, please go to www.hp.com/go/eprintcenter and click on the login button. In the Login Page, please click on the icon fish Snap and then enter the email address and the password and connection to the eprint center.

  I can understand photos not be printed on plain paper in tray 2 (sort of), but I can't print emails or web pages to tray 2 of either ePrint Airprint GOLD.

  I have tray 2 as default and 1 locked drawer.

  If I try to print it will try to print from Tray 1 (containing the envelopes). the 8500 realizes the error and cancels printing.

  How can I print to tray 2?

  Hey wa1oui!

  Unfortunately, ePrint or AirPrint support printing on tray 2 right now. If you print from an iPad/iPhone or other mobile device, you can use ePrint home & Biz application that will allow you to select a specific drawer.
