  I had the same problem at first. You open the e-mail as usual. And then in the Actions drop-down list box, you select the print option. This has worked for me and printed the actual e-mail only.

  Hi MontanaDawn, welcome to the Forums of HP. RT of Windows does not use the driver installs as in ordinary Windows. Printer media shall be natively for it to work in Windows RT. RT of Windows supports several HP printers, I don't know if it's a printer supported however. Plug the USB cable and the RT Windows Installer if he can.
