  We are about to upgrade to R12.1.3 of R11.5.9.
  
  As part of the test, I configured and started the workflow Mailer in the new system. As soon as I did, the system began to send only a ton of notifications of recent approvals of requisition apparently waiting in line in the system. WF Mailer has been down since I did the last upgrade test.
  
  We intend to approve applications from before the changeover in the old system, so there should be no e-mail notifications in the waiting. Is there a way to msg_state of these notifications was updated in the table wf_notification_out with a value of "READY", so we can ensure that we will have a clean system, and users will not receive notifications about recent requisition approvals?

  When this old e-mail address appears, hopefully, you will see an 'i' in a circle on the right side of the pop-up window.  Click that circled 'i' and you will find a delete option.

He said that I had to be an administrator to do and I said OK. He then proceeds to change the attributes on thousands of files. I can manually view my old records, but I want to restore my old user profile, because this new profile is created a lot of problems with previously installed programs. I have two NTUSER. DAT files in my user C:\User\John folder. The dates are when the computer has been initially implemented 16/08/2012 and when the profile changes yesterday 07/02/2013.   According to the description, you have problems with the restoration of the old user profile.

  1 have been connected as a standard user?

  2. What are thousands of files you're talking about if you want to have access to the temporary folder?

  This problem can occur because of corruption of the user profile.

  Method 1: delete the new NTUSER. DAT folder and check if it helps.

  Method 2: Perform the System Restore to an earlier date and check if it helps.
