  Is there a way to quickly enter (or change) a series of titles in Photos? I use the latest version (1.2) with El Capitan and were not able to understand this. Given that the cursor would remain in the title field, I could just start typing. In the Photos, appears not to be possible without the help of the mouse. If I'm trying to change the title in the details pane for a photo (or below the picture for the album), it requires two clicks of the mouse - one outside the field title in the first photo and another inside the field of the second photo title (after using the arrow to go to the next photo). It's slightly better for the album, because I can use the tab click outside the field of title and then use the arrow to move to the next photo, but I have yet to click in the field title to add or change. This is a major drawback, so I hope I'm just something missing. Thank you very much.

  Photos requires click compared to the opening.

  You can enter titles in the fields of text under the thumbnails, but you must click in the textfield for editing.  The same thing, if you keep the open information panel and not the pictures by using arrow keys. You must click in the textfield of the Info Panel to enter the title.

  It's a little easier, if you want to assign the same title to multiple photos. You can select all of the photos at once and enter the title for each of them in the title field in the Info Panel.

  Hi Baba,

  Here are some step by step instructions that show you how to achieve this effect very easily thanks to the quick selection tool and a white adjustment layer to black & white.

  1. open your image in Photoshop. In the toolbar, click the Quick Selection tool and select your topic.

  

  2 go to Select > refine edge and use the dialog box to clean up your selection - I activated the option Smart Radius and increases the radius of the selection. When you are finished, click OK.

  

  3 go to Select > Inverse.

  

  4. locate the Control Panel settings - default, it must be located above the layers (in CS6) Panel, but if you don't, go to window > adjustments. Click the black & white setting icon, as shown below. Your subject will remain in color, but the parameter should turn black and white, as you can see below.

  I need help. All images have disappeared from the organizer of 13 items. There used to be more 15 000 photos that have been uploaded in recent years.

  Operating system: Windows 10. Everything was going well after the upgrade to 10.

  Should I try to download the program again? Will all my pictures disappear forever when I download the program again or they are in a folder that I don't know?

  My backup is several months old.

  Hope someone has an answer.

  The pictures are not in the catalogue (which only keeps the links to the actual location of your files). They are on your disk, where they have always been. Thus, the reason for which most likeky you don't see them is not that you catalog bad, perhaps an empty catalog created by mistake.

  You can use your browser OS, Explorer or finder to find your image files (look for files such as *.jpg, for example).

  Search for files named "catalog.pse13db" on your drive. You can find several occurrences. If find you one with a realistic date and size, you can open the Organizer by double-clicking on this file; It should open with her. Note that the catalog is the folder that contains the database file.

  I'm looking for some best practices on how to manage the workflow of photo sharing.  Obviously the user of Lightroom does not want family members to start messing around with photos outside of Lightroom, and if the photos are not JPGs family members may be unable to view them in any case.  A solution I can think of is to shoot photos in JPG format and in Camera Raw at the same time and save the jpg files in a folder accessible to all and only import Camera Raw ones in Lightroom.

  You must manually move all the files in one folder to a location on the hard drive. You can use the photo folder to store all of the picture files and check.
