  With my LG, I used a memory card and move the photos to the card.  The device must be queued for mass storage until you will see the folders using the usb cable.  If you use a memory card, don't forget that it snaps into place.  Otherwise you will never see the folders if is not installed correctly.

  What version of DIAdem do you use?  If you are using version 11.1 or later, then I would recommend that you spend the channel for the calculation Manager calculator, which allows you to save and reload any number of calculations, as well as to bind the results of some on other entries.
