3 in the right pane of Shell Icons, right-click on an empty area, click/click on New and string valueand name it 29.

4 double click on/tap on the value of sting 29 to change.

5 type the full path of the custom file .ico in quotes, OR copy and paste the path below for which overlay icon you want to use and click / press OK.

    (Transparent) %windir%\System32\shell32.dll,50

How to remove a shortcut with the command line?

How to make a backup of the local users and groups with command line?

You delete a shortcut, just as you would remove any other file.  A shortcut will end with the extension ".lnk".  So assuming you are trying to remove the shortcut named "Shortcut.lnk" which appears to the user 'Bob's Office, you use the button Delete (del) or 'clear' command by specifying the full path to the file.  (Remember to put filename in quotes if there is a space anywhere in the path or name) as in:

    del "C:\documents and settings\Bob\Desktop\Shortcut.lnk".

What kind of a backup 'users and groups' you want to do?  If there is a backup of the users and groups as written in the registry, a good registry as C:\WINDOWS\ERUNT backup program that will make the command line.  If you are trying to backup all users and their data as well, then you are better off with a backup program.

  • How do I save a shortcut on my desktop?

By clicking and drag the favicon works, but not for pages that will not load or crash.

How do we get a shortcut to these? I don't remember having this problem before.

Here is an answer I just gave to a similar question. The extensions will probably work, but you should not have pages that don't load or hang. I don't.

You have one of the longest list of plugins I've ever seen. Make sure they are all up to date. And if you keep problems try Mode without failure for extensions of problem. Try turning off hardware acceleration - Options > Advanced Options > Navigation > uncheck use hardware acceleration.

Previous response, you can drag the tab icon or the URL bar on the desktop.

Or there are two good extensions - I used at the time.

"Create shortcut"(Windows only) from an external developer reputable - http://www.pikey.me.uk/mozilla/ and "."

"Deskcut"(pour Win, Mac et Linux) - do search the usual modules. "." >

Hope this helps, but I worry a shortcut to a Web page of problem.

  • I sell desktop computer and need to know how to remove all of the pc?

I sell desktop computer and need to know how to remove all of the pc?

The most difficult part of the first paragraph is to create the boot floppies - which can be complicated and requires installation of Windows disks.

Perhaps a third simple but effective alternative is simply to re - install Windows on your computer from the disc that came with your computer or from the recovery partition.  Resettlement will delete all files on the disc and replace them with the New Installation of Windows.  At this point, the fragments of your old files may remain on your hard drive.  So once relocation complete, download and install the freeware 'Eraser' software, run it and you want to specify the "free space" erased on your hard drive.  This will overwrite firmly all the data remains that has not already been overwritten by the Windows Installation.
