  OK, you and I are on the same page. Others tell you how to remove the color chart model instead of remove items from menu model.

  The duplicate menu items will be the names of the files .pat twice in one of the many models folders where Photoshop search these files to populate the menus. You need to remove the superfluous .pat files then restart Photoshop to get rid of the duplicate menu items.

Currently I use rules to move messages from the Inbox Outlook in those separate pst files, based on the subject.   Let's start from the beginning. Thunderbird has a single file by file. From the next release (about a month) you will be able to have a file by email.

  There is nothing in Thunderbird as a PST file. So before you start, you have to accept the changes in mind that goes with mail. Records are the only delimiter in Thunderbird. You do not get to attach and detach folders or files. They are in Thunderbird or deleted.
