  You delete a shortcut, just as you would remove any other file.  A shortcut will end with the extension ".lnk".  So assuming you are trying to remove the shortcut named "Shortcut.lnk" which appears to the user 'Bob's Office, you use the button Delete (del) or 'clear' command by specifying the full path to the file.  (Remember to put filename in quotes if there is a space anywhere in the path or name) as in:

  What kind of a backup 'users and groups' you want to do?  If there is a backup of the users and groups as written in the registry, a good registry as C:\WINDOWS\ERUNT backup program that will make the command line.  If you are trying to backup all users and their data as well, then you are better off with a backup program.

  I put in place of master pages with square 6 graphic blocks on each page. Each of them has a CAPTION below, in which I put up as a block of text. I clicked on "Apply Master pages", but when I go to the blocks of text pages are not displayed to the top. The only way I can enter captions on pages is by creating new blocks of text, 6 on each page, which is very tedious and time consuming. What I am doing wrong?

  As bob says it is not Quark where you can just click to type in a main frame, but you CAN Cmd + Shift + click to override the main chassis and type in it. You might be better off, however, with a framework prédimensionnée and style in a library that you can drag onto the page and position. My feeling on frameworks masters get substitution is that they probably shouldn't be on the master page at all.

  You must break your content between files and use the book feature to apply numbering to make look it seamless. Sometimes, if you can, re - organize the content so that all oversize pages come at the end of a chapter/file makes it easier to manage a such split files in the book.

  Another option that gives you a lot of control is to use the tool pen instead of the polygon lasso. Because it's a vector path, you can refine the outline very easily using the tools of feather and Subselects and when you are satisfied with the result, click on modify > convert a path to the top. You can even choose to keep or delete the vector path in the preferences panel.

  In the documents that I have the conversion, many of the type is defined in master pages, if I want to add a command in the script that replaces all master page items before converting vectorised text, but I'm not find this command in the dictionary. Does anyone know how to do this with Applescript?

  The substitution command would be a good starting point. Try something like:

  Right click on this page that you want to isolate > menu goto option > exclude from the menu.

This left me with a disconnected for each deleted image file thumbnail. If I understand the program, all the tags and other metadata associated with the image file - not the thumbnail. So, I'm looking for a way to either delete orphaned thumbnails sort of batch processing... or maybe rebuild the catalog and generate all new stamps? (if possible)

  The catalogue includes the thumbnail cache, which is associated with each element multimedia as well as other metadata.

  Run the command "reconnect missing files" in the file menu of the Organizer. After the search, you will see a list of missing files. There is a small icon on the top of the dialog box to open a dropdown menu with the options:

  -to select all the missing files

  -to remove all the missing files from the catalog.

  Do both, that will remove these entries from the catalog and thumbnail cache.

  The content placed in a master page cannot be selected/edited in the master page and not in the related content pages. A Master Page in Muse allows you to apply common elements such as the navigation, logos, headers, and footers to multiple pages in your site. A way around this would be to create an object that overlap in the content page in order to hide the Master object behind overlapping object to using the layers feature.

  So what is happening here is to have an action click on which opens the div hidden that contains the answer to the FAQ, something like:

  The Show FAQ function calls the first div on the page with this id (this illustrates well why it's a bad habit two are duplicated on a page) that's why it always opens the first element. You have two options to avoid this problem:

  -run a script that changes the id of the div for the first article, so that when you press the duplicate faq entry, it opens upwards and not the first.

  -load the 2nd category faq in an iframe

  This is a very basic problem that I'm not easily find the answer in the research. I have to apply master pages and consistently, no matter how, I format the query, am advised: "one or more of the specified pages aren't valid page names." So please give an example of how the page/section names are supposed to be written for:

  A book of 100 pages with article 1;

  A book of 100 pages with article 2;

  Application of the changes to the master page to only one paragraph of the book (pages 50-75).

  I know this is similar to "Sec1: 1-100 ', but not exactly the same thing.

  OK, I think I begin to understand what you are doing. You try to use the menu of the Pages Palette to apply a Master Page to a range? You must include the section number for two pages, like this: Sec1:1 - Sec1:100.

  You can also select the pages in the range first, then use the command master apply. It's perhaps easier.

  There are frames of text on pages to delete block? In a script, it behaves exactly as in the UI: text block is moved to the next section in the thread (usually on the next page). So if this is the case, this script works but not the way you intended.

  In any case, you want to delete a single page, then go two pages - remove two pages - jump 2 - etc., until the end of the document.

  This Javascript should do it:

  It boings out with an error at the end if your document contains an odd number of pages (?), because he might try to remove a page after the last of them, but this isn't a critical error, it seems to me.

  I tested it on a document of 30 +, and it has successfully removed #1, then #4 and #5, then #8 and #9, etc. Yet, paranoia is a healthy lifestyle (when applied to computers), then running on a copy, will ya.
