    I have a macbook with OS X El Capitan air and recently installed microsoft office 2016, noticing a huge difference in my battery life.

    I use my macbook to 100% of load and have use of 2-3 days at the office until the next recharge... because the office installed 2016 that s is no longer possible, I have to recharge every night, and somedays carry my charger and keep once connected to continue working.

    It seems that the issue is Word 2016, because excel and powerpoint work as usual; but since the word is the program used mostly I noticed the issue and he has seen a few posts about this in the internet.

    Is it possible to get around this? Every walkthrough? Any bug fix any? Is anyone else noticing this same thing?

    I do a few the well-being of the software from my computer. I followed the instructions on this page, stop adware and pop-up advertising windows in Safari, and in/Library/LaunchDaemons, I found this file - com.microsoft.office.licensing.helper.plist

    Now, the instructions on the page in the link I shared suggests that a file in this folder beginning with 'com' and ending with '. helper.plist"is a file of adware, and there will be some 'any word' between the two." Where I am confused is that they say the central part of the file name is 'any word', but they don't give that the file name may use several words separated by periods (.) or if they are all considered a Word. He also doesn't seem to be file names using the same word in/Library/LaunchAgents or in Library/Application Support, as the instructions suggest it.

    Can anyone confirm whether or not it is adware file?

    Latest version of MS office will not work with your Acrobat 9.

  • Problems adding a GVLK for 2013 to Office to the KMS server

    My KMS server is running and distribute licenses for Windows 7 Enterprise, but I need to add a key for Office 2013.  When I run slmgr /dlv I get this:

    That seems to be a combination of the server license and the CSVLK of my volume license key that I could not install.  I can't get the setup button to authenticate.  Slmgr /upk tried to remove the CSVLK and start more but without success.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, I bought an all in one office, with MS Office 2016 Home and Business license almost a month. I received the office in about a week, but without the product key of MS Office. I opened a request for assistance on 5 Dec; (online) the same day, I received a confirmation email, and I talked to a representative of the customer support on the next day, Dec.6th. What needed to be fixed by a simple email with product key that I paid for, turned out be a very upsetting experience, of your time: I called 4 - 5 times, and each time I was promised that I have my request would be set in the coming days, with not not even a call or a follow-up email. Last Friday, Dec 18, I called again, talk to the same rep of support as the one who responded when I opened the case: he promised that it he will increase and could get back to me in 24 hours. Guess what: no calls, no email, nothing, despite the fact that I chained with another email. Today, December 23, I called again; This time, I was told that the initial request has not been processed because of technical difficulties? Thus, after 13 days after my service request after 4-5 (or more) telephone calls, additional emails, hours of wasting my time trying to fix this problem, someone tells me that the initial application was pending and not sent by; incredible. What kind of service and support is this? I have bought products from Dell several times, but this has been a very upsetting and frustrating experience.

    I finally got the license, by Purolator, Dec.30th, almost 4 weeks after the opening of the service request. Looooooong both for a product key that should have been included in the delivery and might even have been sent!

    Do you use the floating linked clones or dedicated workstations?

    You must use a KMS server with office on linked clone desktops floating. If you use dedicated clones, you can simply activate office manually after the fact, but I would still use a KMS server.

    The reason for which activation disappears is due as a result of the activation ID changes after the cloning process, where only the KMS makes life easier.

    I would like to build a floating - linked clone pool for 10 VDIs and lincense them using KMS.

    I read that the KMS solution is valid when you deploy more than 25 VDIs but if my VDIs are rebuild a few times during the day, why KMS does not work for me?

    I have an installed KMS and I think the job properly, but when I build my Windws 7 pool for each computer I always get this message:

    "Discover the State of the agent (16) composer initialization error: impossible to activate the license (waited 1275 seconds).

    If anyone can tell me what I should do to fix.

    What I do for this is to simply begin your pool with 26 machines and all have power upward.  Then just make sure all active and then reduce it down to the size you want.  Your environment might suffer a little performance while you do this, but it does the job for you.  A tip - don't forget to make offices and BONES.

    I use Office for Mac 2016 for a while with no problems. I do very little Pages but on the side of Microsoft, I don't expect any difference in the ability to process the exported format files Word by Pages - that is to say, I do not think that Microsoft has made no changes to their file format of the previous version.

    I recently bought a Mac and the need for the Office Suite. I downloaded the trial of 2016, the today, 01/27/16, and so far, I do not feel the questions that everyone seemed to have. However, any questions I read everything, was posted October 2015 or earlier. I'm not finding any recent data. What I find the latter, are items that Microsoft has fixed stability problems.

    I have the Mac end of 2015 Macbook Pro 15 inch model running OS X El Capitan and I've just updated to 10.11.3.

    My question is - is there an improvement in version Mac 2016 Office since last year, where it would be useful to do? Or I regret buying and should save my money and try to find a Suite of Office 2011 Mac?

    I don't think it is. Where the reason why I use LibreOffice.

  • I have Acrobat Pro DC Office license, does not accept my key.  Think that my key is for Acrobat Standard DC.

    I have a seat of office of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and I tried to activate it with my Acrobat Pro DC license key.  The system rejected my key and said that the key is for Acrobat Standard DC, not for Pro.  I know that the key is certainly a key to Acrobat Pro DC.  How to solve this?

  • Problem, create a PDF file by dragging a doc on Acrobat file, after installing Office Mac 2016

    We have recently installed Office 2016 on a couple of Macs at work. We have XI of Acrobat Pro installed, and the other has the version of Creative Suite (Acrobat Pro DC) subscription. After you have installed Office 2016, we have two different problems when trying to create a PDF file from a doc or docx file by dragging the Word on Acrobat file (which we always used to do before, without any problems):

    1. on the computer with Acrobat Pro XI, drag the Acrobat doc file try to open Word 2016 with Acrobat, but then gives an error (cannot open Word) and the process stops. Do drag directly on doc file Word can open without error, and drag a PDF Acrobat file opens without error. We have tried to reinstall Microsoft Office and Acrobat and of course restarting the computer, but without success - the problem persists. Before installing Office 2016, the conversion would happen almost immediately, without the word being opened in the background.

    2. on computer 2, it's a different problem. The process works, but when you drag the file doc on Acrobat Pro DC, it begins to convert, but then he said that additional permissions are required to access the files (the way it gives looks like: private/var/folders/hn/vpyjby8d7r34y68chxfx9mpc0000gn/T/Acr175842024411136-91550.tmp) I have to then click on "Select" and grant access to the folder. It wouldn't be a problem if this were to be done once, but she does whenever I try to convert a doc in this way file (the path is always the same, but the .tmp file is always different).     Integration between older versions of Acrobat (11 and earlier versions) and office 2016 will not be forthcoming. You need Acrobat DC for that integration. Sorry!
