How to remove "ripple" caused by vibration

Hello

Relatively new to editing in Adobe CS. But I have problems with one of my videos, and I can't quite understand solution.

I fly a multicopter with a moounted of the gopro. Today I had to use a "backup" drone of my occasionaliy give me video with one; ripple' caused by the vibrations of the accessories. Usually I just cut the video that has this ripple, but the video I now has it all, and I can't understand an effect, or difficulty in either Premiere Pro or After effects to clean.

An example of this is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sqH_dZDsCIM

YouTubes compression makes it seem worse than it really is, but you get the idea of the problem.

Help please.

Well, I'm me first deletion response because that I do not watch your video, I just assumed and guess incorrectly that you were talking about problems of rolling shutter. The flickering that you see is caused by stray light because you don't have a sun visor and light from the Sun is down by accessories. There is a large deflicker plugin will probably fix your shot.

Flicker Free: Deflicker Time Lapse, flashing of the LED and Slow motion

In case you're wondering what I said before, I had assumed that your problem was caused by problems with Rolling shutter. The best way to solve the problems of rolling shutter is to draw a high frame rate then run string or a component repair rolling plugin stabilizer. There are several to choose.
